Recently remodeled beachfront studio with ocean view is ready to enjoy on your next vacation. Studio is located in a small and private community called The International. The unit is located on the third floor overlooking the pool. The common areas include an elevator, WIFI, a barbecue, laundry room on each floor, recreation room available for small gatherings. The unit includes a new Murphy bed and fully equipped kitchen, large closet and cable TV. All linens and kitchenware are included. There is 1 designated parking space.

This property is exactly as stated- perfect! The owner(s) was fabulous to deal with, and I had several change requests they had to deal with and they were so nice and very accommodating! This property is very quiet and the neighbors I did see were super nice, some even made us cookies 😃 Would recommend to anyone!

Beach getaway

My husband and I were here for a short stay. It was a wonderful experience. Stellar communication with owners. It was the perfect space for the two of us. We had everything we needed for beach time, cooking, sleeping. It was super nice to have beach chairs/ umbrella to enjoy our time on the sand. Comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen, beach/ bathroom essentials at our fingertips. Would definitely consider a return to this location.

My son and I came for a vacation and to see my sister. Location is great, Beach was awesome and not crowded. The studio was smaller than I anticipated Murphy bed very comfy. However my son had to sleep on the couch which was not so good as he is a large 44 yr old man.Owner was awesome when I had questions. Neighbor s were great Quiet place. One thing I wish was a channel guide a lot of channels to go thru. Thanks

The property was awesome and the owner amazing. It’s a studio apartment so of course it’s small but it utilizes the space really well. It’s a great location and decorated nicely. We had a late flight and the owner graciously offered to let us stay until it was time to catch our plane. I highly recommend this property.

Fantastic beach getaway

This rental property was perfect for two after a quite relaxing beach stay. We stayed for 7 days and didn’t want to leave! Unit neighbors were very friendly, the direct beach access was great, beach was cleaned and groomed every morning. Kitchen was fully loaded with all kitchen items needed. Will most definitely be coming back!

Room was clean and furnished, building is located in a quiet area , about a mile walk to Closest grocery store. , there was another building by the pool to store your bicycle. . I would definitely stay here again .

Christmas vaca 2020

The condo was very clean, fully equipped with all we needed, great communication with the owner. Nice, peaceful area. If you don't have rental car there are restaurants & stores, within a 20-30 min walk, to one end or the other. If you're not big on walking you'd definitely need transportation. We used uber/Lyft, walked a ton & rented a car for a couple days to drive to Miami & W. Palm Beach, 8 day stay. We had a wonderful time! Would definitely stay again. Thanks Susy & Maria.

Lovely location by the ocean.

The unit was small but had everything we needed. We loved the separate bath location and all the storage we had access to. Beach was a short few steps away. Lots of restaurants/bars/groceries within walking distance. We also took advantage of the free trolley on a couple of occasions. The owners, Maria and her husband are very friendly and helpful. They always answered questions that arose, quickly. We would rent again from them.

I had most wonderful experience at this place! 1) The studio is very clean and got everything you need: high-speed wifi, cable TV, various cooking appliance ...plus bunch of towels for the beach. 2) The apartment is in a very good location, just minute to the beach is quiet and chills but if you want some crowd and noise, it's about 5 minutes drive to the pier (& supermarket). 3) You can see the ocean right from the window, the sunrise I see everyday is breathtaking 4) The owner as well as the residences there are all super friendly and take good care of each other, a big plus that why I love the place so much!
