Welcome to our large, 1st floor apartment close to downtown Burlington VT and the Lake Champlain waterfront. Walking distance to everything that Burlington has to offer.

We live on a residential street in the North End. Walking distance to bars, shops, and restaurants.

There are 2 parking spaces located in the rear of the house. This apartment is a 10 minute walk to Church Street, 5 minute walk to Battery Street Park, and close to the waterfront/bike path.

Our family of 6 enjoys renting out the space we called home for the past 3 years. Please enjoy your stay and let us know if there is any way we can improve it.

What a great place! Close to Church Street but far enough to enjoy quiet evenings. The home is spacious and well appointed. Our favorite surprise feature was the record player with a fun selection of records. The rental agent provided excellent restaurant recommendations. Would rent again when in the area.

The house was quiet and clean. There is no master bedroom with a connected bathroom. This was fine for us since it was just one night. Check in/out was super easy. The teenagers loved the record selection!

Both our daughters and partners along with our grandson and my husband and I had a wonderful 5 day stay in this lovely 3 bedroom apartment in Burlington. My daughter also bought her dog. It was a perfect location for us to stay for an extended family gathering. We all live in different states and wanted to stay together for our trip.. We really enjoyed having the turn table and a wide variety of LP’s to listen to in the evening. Being able to do laundry was also a plus. We liked that is was walking distance to a park, especially having a dog, and to Church street for dining and shopping. We will definitely book again when back in Burlington.
