Excellent location, Private Outdoor Hot Tub, Downtown Burlington home

Located in the Hill Section Campus District. The home is in a wonderful spot to enjoy all that Burlington has to offer, in a vibrant, active, youthful neighborhood located within walking distance of Church Street Marketplace, UVM, and Champlain College. A quick ride on the College St shuttle or a nice walk down the hill will take you to Burlington's waterfront park which offers, museums, restaurants, marina services, water sports, walking and biking trails. Church Street Marketplace is a premier pedestrian downtown with dozens of fine restaurants and retailers.
The house is fully equipped with everything you might need to enjoy the indoor or outdoor spaces. Our home is a relaxing and comfortable place to base your stay in our great city and state! The main floor layout includes a full kitchen, dedicated dining room with seating for six and an ample living room with two sofas, large armchair and a beautiful gas fireplace. The full bathroom and three bedrooms are located on the second floor. The first bedroom features a king size bed, second bedroom has a king size bed and the third bedroom offers two twin size beds.
During warm weather the front porch or backyard areas are an excellent option for relaxing or barbecuing.
The backyard also features a private outdoor hot tub exclusively for our guests use. The hot tub can accommodate up to six people.

This was our second time staying at this location. It is so convenient to everything—UVM, Champlain College, downtown Burlington—and the perfect size for our family with teens. Everything is clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is well appointed for eating in. Tricia is a friendly and responsive host. We will be back!

We have found our place to stay when visiting Burlington (and we WILL be back!). Trish’s house is perfectly suited for us. It’s comfortably furnished, the kitchen is well equipped (we like to have meals at home as much as possible), and the location is an easy walk to downtown and the lake shore. Also, the host lives next door, and she happened to come out and greet us as we arrived, so there’s that nice connection with the homeowner which we appreciate. As with many New England homes, there is no central A/C, but the window units in the bedrooms and on the main level kept the house at a comfortable temp, even in the uncharacteristic hot days we experienced there (upper 80s).

This is THE perfect location to visit Burlington. It is central to virtually everything in the downtown area and to Lake Champlain, all within walking-distance. The house is very comfortable and cozy, with a nicely equipped kitchen, space to breathe, fluffy mattresses... all one needs to spend a restful home-away-from-home. We really enjoyed our time there, visiting our children, and greatly appreciated the host's communication with us along with the attention to detail for a wonderful visit.

We are both self employed, I am a realtor and he has a forestry business. Our home shares a driveway with the the rental home, we are right next door so that we can ensure our guests have everything they need for their stay.
