Located in the center of Historic Mercer Pa on the cross roads of I80 and I79. Convenient to Grove City outlet Mall. Try golfing at several local courses or fly fish the Neshannock which is a PA Keystone select creek. You will also find a variety of restaurants to satisfy your taste. It was retrofitted with central air and updated electric and radiant heat Guest access There is a large adjoining parking lot next to the Manor with plenty of room for a horse trailer (overnight fenced horse pasturing is available) boat or if you happen to be moving cross country with a box truck

All my children and their spouses were in town for a wedding and we loved this enormous house to use as a base for the weekend and to visit with friends and family in the area. What a great location, walking distance to a coffee shop and a local restaurant and close to a grocery store. Everyone loved exploring this unique property!
