Are you ready to have a FUN vacation?! This house boasts 7000 sqft of every amenity you could want! Everyone in the family will be glad you picked this house. Not only does it have all the amenities but it has a decreased carbon footprint thanks to the solar panels that power the house and sell to the grid!

This property is not pet friendly. *No smoking allowed on property*

Bedroom#3: Queen Bed, large bedroom and closet.

Bedroom 4# Queen Bed x2 This room is downstairs.

This property is managed by a professional management company with staff available 24/7. However this is self check in.

This house has many amazing amenities that have inherent risks associated with them. Free weights in the fitness room, a spa, indoor pool, water slide, outdoor basketball court, uneven terrain, etc.

By booking this property you are agreeing to hold us harmless for any harm from any injury or damage in the house. This is a home not a commercial space and though we inspect for safety issues we are not guaranteeing your safety while here. You should inspect any piece of equipment before use and assure your own safety.
As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home while leaving it nice and clean for the next guests.

IMPORTANT: No Smoking of any kind is allowed on the property as secondhand smoke can cause an asthma attack for several of our employees. Should this rule be violated, we will need the unit cleaned by a professional smoke restoration company and the guest will be liable for the $2,500 dollar charge.

Quiet Hours: after 10 pm until 7am.

General Damages: Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damages and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest.

Fire Prevention and Safety: Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners and portable device chargers.

Other: No one is allowed in the home not already specified before starting stay. We may leave consumables such as coffee and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests` discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

Parties: Parties are not allowed unless given written permission. If guests are found to have had a party without permission guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY with no refund. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
