Renovated oceanfront private home (sleeps 11) with Jacuzzi!

Ol Charmer offers the authentic character of all an original Fernandina beach house yet completely renovated with all the benefits of a new home. Direct access to the beach and oceanfront views that boasts from expansive porches make this property so desirable.

Upon entering the home guests are welcomed by the original 1925 characteristics that make this property unique such as shiplap walls and hardwood floors mixed with NEW and repurposed features. The main living area offers a comfortable sectional sofa, Samsung frame TV (online streaming with YouTube TV) and two swivel chairs.

An open floor plan allows the oceanfront views and breeze to sweep effortlessly between the living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is completely new with white cabinets, quarts countertops, a glass backsplash displaying coastal blue tones and stainless-steel appliances. It is well stocked with all the essentials including coffee maker (drip and pod), toaster, blender, cookware etc.

The master bedroom faces the ocean with a King bed, dresser, closet, TV and connecting bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Downstairs you will find two rooms with a Queen bed, dresser, closet and TV. The fourth room has a Full bed and three Twin beds uniquely hanging from coastal rope. The second bathroom with a shower/tub combo is just down the hall.

Guests can access one of the two oceanfront porches, gas fire pit, and Jacuzzi that faces the ocean. The laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer provides a separate exit that leads to the outdoor shower. This amenity is extremely convenient when walking up from the beach.

Four bikes, beach chairs, wagon, boogie boards and beach towels along with fresh linens, towels and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with limited number laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and one sponge.)

This rental is ideal for large families and friends who are seeking the ultimate beach vacation!

We welcome Service dogs to our property for a guest with a disability. Please email us at info@mooreairentals.com with the answer to the following questions. 1.) Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? 2.) What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?

We will also consider Emotional Support Animals however, this must be approved before your arrival and indicated in writing via email to info@mooreairentals.com.

Parking is available for three vehicles.

We have one security cameras located on the front porch looking out toward the driveway. They will be on during your stay for safety/security purposes.

Everything was perfection, there were nine of us total, and this was comfortably set up. My three grandsons were able to sleep in the bunk room and the rest of us each at our own bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked, and we actually cooked a delicious Easter meal on Easter Sunday. They have thought of everything here, including bikes, beach toys, beach wagon, we left a few things also that other others can use after us. We tried to keep as much sand under control as possible with so many feet going in and out the side door with the shower absolutely wonderful. The hot tub was perfect and felt good after a long day on the beach. It was a wonderful Easter weekend and we look forward to booking again next year. We played many of the games and read many of the books the book about ole’ Charmer was excellent. I highly recommend that. I would say the communication was outstanding. A highlight where the tortoises and bunny rabbits that were a constant in the backyard, perfect for a Sunday morning Easter egg hunt.

Perfect vintage beach house

Wonderfully updated but still has all of its old beach house charm. The layout provided privacy for everyone, and the beach front location was perfect. We’d love to stay in Ol Charmer again on our next trip back.

Ol Charmer a great place for a family

Christmas week, family reunion including older adults and young, active kids. Beds very comfortable, kitchen had all we needed, VIEW and porch just perfect. Kids loved the hot tub in winter. Everything was clean and up-to-date.

What a great place and great location! Great, central, walkable location to parks, Fort Clinch & other attractions, or travel in vehicle. Absolutely loved our stay at Ol Charmer, there was plenty of space for our family to relax & enjoy family time & if you needed privacy there’s plenty of decks to relax. Loved being able to walk off porch right at board walk to the beach. The house was very clean, great internet service, well supplied with items needed to feel at home & great supplies of outdoor activities. The host is a great and attentive host. We are already looking forward to our return to Ol Charmer.

Loved location, loved house, loved Amelia Island. All were So friendly, and low key. Was great for relaxing. This house was awesome. It had a great location and the views were spectacular !! We had to google how to turn tv volume up and down but everything else had great directions. Can’t wait to return!!!! Communication with rental agency was so easy and they always responded quickly to every question no matter how stupid the question. Everything wen5 just as planned
