The perfect place to spark some focus & creativity with the ample windows allowing sunshine to dance through the space. A dedicated workspace is available in the sunroom along with a workspace for the little ones to do some fun arts & crafts!

Living Room
A joyful space featuring a cozy couch, 2 accent chairs, an ottoman, decorative fireplace & 50" smart TV. At the end of the night if you need to unwind before bed, it is the perfect place to curl up with a movie or a book of choice.

Dining Room
So vibrant you just might not be able to take your eyes off it! The wooden dining room table with seating up to 6 guests with a custom Sweet Woodlawn Heights painting as the backdrop. A perfect photo opportunity! Whether you are gathering around the table for dinner or playing one of the many card or board games provided it is the perfect place to get good quality time with one another!

Kitchen
Fully equipped with absolutely anything & everything you may need to put together a culinary masterpiece. The stunning butcher block counter tops, retro fridge & checkered wall create the perfect backdrop. All cookware, bakeware, glassware, plates, & utensils are all available alongside a starter supply of simple spices & oils. The little kitchen nook provides all of the countertop appliances for your stay including a drip coffee pot, a single cup Keurig machine, a microwave, an electric tea kettle, a crockpot, a toaster, air fryer, waffle maker, a hand mixer & even a fondue pot! Also included are trash bags, hand and dish soap.

Laundry
Washer & dryer with complimentary detergent available for your stay. Steamer/iron also available.

Bedrooms:
Two queen bedrooms feature memory foam mattress, luxurious linens & hotel quality pillows guaranteeing a restful night’s sleep. Each room is equipped with bedside table lamps as well as a mounted smart TV. For added space to make yourself at home a dresser & closets are also available.

If you are traveling with little ones, we have you covered with a pack n play and high chair.

Bathroom
Shower/tub combo complete with a detachable shower head. Plush towels, a hair dryer & complimentary shampoo, conditioner, & body wash are available to enhance your stay.

Step into your backyard & be immersed in your own Florida oasis complete with tropical greenery & outdoor living space. In the mornings brew up a cup of coffee & gather around the outdoor dining table under the pergola to listen to the birds chirp as the sun rises. Parking is avaliable out front on the street and behind the house. As you walk up to the porch you will be greeted by a joyfully teal front door welcoming you into the bungalow home. There is additional private parking located behind the house.
