Relax with friends or family at this peaceful, newly renovated, newly furnished beach house. 3 bedrooms (1K, 1Q, 2 bunk sets w/1 Full, 3 twins, 1 trundle) 2.5 baths located near the bay in Ventnor a few blocks from Margate. House includes outdoor shower, and back patio for outdoor dining. Close to many great restaurants in Ventnor, Margate and Atlantic City. 3 minute drive to the beach, 5 beach tags, towels and chairs included. 15 minute drive to Ocean City boardwalk. Ventnor movie theatre and mini golf 5 minute drive away and Showboat Casino with Island Waterpark is 10 mins away. Ventnor boardwalk has the longest fishing pier in NJ. 10 minute walk to Ventnor Ave where coffee shops, restaurants, shopping are located. 2 free designated parking spots. Must be 25 to rent.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please be sure to cover the outside furniture before you leave. Please remember to return the beach tag pouch to the drawer next to the refrigerator.
Lock front door by pushing the ultra lock key on bottom of the keypad. Do not lock door knob. Lock back sliding door, outdoor shed & shower. Please leave the front deck light on when you check out.
Please hang all used towels on the racks located in the bathrooms. Please put trash in the appropriate trash bins and also place dishes and dishwasher and turn it on to run it. Thank you so much.
