Great amenities & perfectly located in Dallas and minutes away from UTD and several corporate locations such as State Farm & Bank of America. 15 mins to Toyota Headquarters. Easy 15 min commute to Downtown Dallas, American Airlines Center, & Fair Park. Minutes away from restaurants and shopping to include the Galleria Mall & Legacy West Shopping center. 25 minutes to DFW Airport.
The space
This charming 2 story home is located in a quiet, established neighborhood and has all the necessary equipment. TV , Wifi, washer, dryer, hair dryer, iron, kitchen supplies……. On 1st floor you will find the master suite with a queen bed, huge living room, kitchen, the dinning room , and the laundry room. On the second floor you will find the other 2 rooms with total of 3 full beds. The house can hold up to 8 guests.

You will have access to the entire home including the garage and the spacious back yard. NO SHARING WITH STRANGERS !
