The property was just what we needed. Good location to explore Dallas from. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms were perfect for our group of 2 couples. The living area and kitchen were cozy and we were able to visit in those spaces.

Todd was very good at communicating, the area was perfect for us we were in town for the birth of a grandchild and they live in flower mound, so the location was great. We enjoyed the breakfast nook or table area and the coffee drinkers enjoyed the coffee. We had one issue that I communicated with Todd regarding the bed supports some of them were broken, I said it was not urgent just an fyi, but I should have had it repaired as it felt like there was a crater in the master bed, I’m sure he would have taken care of it, but it was also during the big ice/snow storm. We would stay here again.

Our host was very responsive whenever I had questions, which made the stay easy and stress-free. The house itself was a beautiful little place and had everything my wife and I needed. What really stood out were the small thoughtful touches inside the home, like the towel warmer, that made it feel extra comfortable. We will definitely rent there again, especially since it’s so close to our family.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was very cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. House looked like it wasn’t cleaned before arriving. It looked like the beds were made and the trash taken out. The host was easy to talk to and refunded the cleaning fee. Hopefully the cleaning company will make sure someone actually cleans between guests.
