The location was perfect.. walking distance to Pearl St and the CU Boulder campus. It was very convenient having the bikes. The apartment was very clean and the host was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Well maintained guesthouse near several major streets in Boulder. Within walking distance of several fun eateries (e.g. the empanadas at Ricon Argentina are worth the walk) and close to Downtown Boulder/Pearl Street Mall. The property owner gave excellent directions for finding parking assigned to the guesthouse and was easy to find even though we arrived in the dark. We enjoyed our overnight stay before heading up to RMNP and would recommend it to other small parties.

Grove Street Guest House

What a great place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Great dedicated off street parking. One of the best things about staying at this property are the many shopping and eating locations within an easy walking distance.
