Beautiful newly updated home in Boulder! Entrance on side of house up stairs.

Amazing Location in Boulder just minutes from the park and ride. Close proximity to Whole Foods, restaurants and more. Close proximity to hiking/biking trails. CU Campus is an easy bike ride. Quiet neighborhood. Home is updated and new. Very clean and quiet. The Space has a separate entrance on the side of the house. Full bedroom, bathroom with rain shower and full washer/dryer. Family room space and small eating area that overlooks the backyard. Microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. Please be considerate as it is attached to my home. No smoking or vaping on premises. No burning candles or incense. Remove shoes will in the space at all times. Check in is between 3 and 9 pm. No check ins will be allowed after 10 pm. Check out is at 10 am. No pets/animals service or otherwise allowed due to severe allergies of homeowner. No long term stays. Maximum of 27 days are allowed.

The 1-bedroom apartment is well adorned. The host was great about communication regarding any house issues that occurred during our stay. We loved the unique furniture pieces & amenities. Very quiet, safe, and great location.

Our stay was comfortable. Our grandkids live in the same neighborhood so it was nice to be close by. Nice apartment, comfortable bed, and shower was great. Had questions for the owner and she was quick to respond and very helpful. The grounds have pretty flowers and is well kept.

Perfect little space for my mom and me Visiting Boulder for a wedding. I was grateful for the little “kitchenette” area with fridge and coffee pot! It is decorated so cute and located close to everything we needed. It would’ve been nice to have a full length mirror though. I would recommend a stay here!!

Very nice and spacious place. Perfect location for parents attending CU graduation ceremonies, events, restaurants. Very quiet and private! Thanks for the stay!

Sally is a great host. Always answers any questions promptly. Living space is comfortable along with a mini kitchen ( small fridge, coffee maker, microwave, dishes & utensils, Brita water dispenser ). Nice bathroom with great shower and the bedroom is bright and separate from the common area.

Nice mountain get away

Nice location, super attentive host, even messaged us to say bad weather was coming and wanted to ensure we were prepared , close to Doug’s Diner, perfect for breakfast and Sweet Coe for ice cream.

I had a decent stay, but the place could use a few things: more mirrors, it was difficult for my daughter and I with only one mirror in the bathroom. Main room lightning is extremely bright, installing dimmers would be great. Please supply conditioner for the guests.

I have stayed in a lot of home rentals and I would regard this as adequate. It was fine, nothing bad, but nothing great. We have a few suggestions: post a WiFi password somewhere (there were notes all over the unit, but nothing with a password); put a mirror in the bedroom (the ONLY mirror in the entire unit was in the bathroom, very hard when you have 2 people trying to get ready); spend a few dollars on handtowels (the one hanging up for us had parts of it falling off)

Fun times in Boulder!

We always enjoy our trips to Boulder but this was our first time not staying in a hotel - we really enjoyed this VRBO and would likely stay here again. Location was great - just a 10 min Uber to Pearl St where we spent most of our time

Perfect spot for a quick car commercial

We needed a spot to shoot ancar commervial that embodied the Colorado feel. This house nailed it! Beautiful home, beautiful landscaping and our host was accomodating and flexible with our unusual requests. A!!!

Quaint little place. Comfortable. Quiet.

We loved the location. Bikes were safe locked on back of car. Very low traffic street. With a few shelves the fridge/microwave area would be better. Would definitely stay here again.

the room, which is on the second floor of a newly remodeled home, is cozy, clean and quiet. It is a relatively small space that is plenty for one. Recommend to have a car to travel to local places to eat, shop, etc. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Sally the owner is very nice and accommodating. I recommend this vrbo for one or two guests.

Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood

This was a top tier stay. The apartment is attached to the main house but has it’s own entrance and is completely private. There is laundry in unit (super helpful for a long trip or if you have camping clothes to wash), and the neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and convenient to Rocky Mountain National park and other area attractions.

Great spot for short term stay

My wife and I needed a place to stay for one evening in Boulder and this was a great option. It’s in a nice neighborhood off of the main roads and still very close to CU campus and downtown. Host communication was great and she offered recommendations as well as travel directions (we were bicycling to get around). The unit itself is not the largest, but has the essentials and enough space to comfortably house 2 people. Will consider this home again next time we visit!

Family visit

This location was great for visiting family in south Boulder. Generally welcoming and comfortable environment but for two older adults (over 70) the bed was a little low for us. Yes, I know, more PT could help! It would also help to have instructions on using the television.

It’s only a small aptwithout a kitchen not a whole house. They wouldn’t let me cancel and good luck getting VRBO to give you your money back. Didn’t stay but couldn’t get a refund

I love my neighborhood as it is close to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and trails. I have excellent neighbors and the neighborhood is quite laid back.

What makes this property unique

My property is a work of art. I remodeled a few years ago and put a lot of thought and detail into my home. The doors and door handles are all antiques from an old home in New Orleans. The staircase is all hand done with a lot of detail going into the design. The rented space overlooks the backyard and feels like a tree house. It's private and quiet.
