Welcome to Palms at Wailea 503, your beautifully remodeled sanctuary in paradise! This is a two-bedroom two-bathroom condo in the prestigious Wailea Resort area. One of only three condos at the Palms at Wailea complex with NO STAIRS inside or out, this condo overlooks an immense lawn sloping towards the west, with an ocean view beyond.

As local owners we inspect and take care of any cleaning and maintenance between each stay to ensure your comfort.

Palms at Wailea 503 comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Rest easy in the king-size bed of the master suite or opt for the twin-XL beds in the guest bedroom (convertible to a king).

Perfect South Maui Location

Awesome 2bed, 2bath great pool and hot tub. Close to Kihei, Shops at Wailea, and beautiful Mākena Beach!! Condo is large and comfy with all amenities. Great location for any vacation!!

We had a perfect family vacation at Cara & Sig’s newly renovated condo. The condo has everything needed to be very comfortable and it’s conveniently located to enjoy the beautiful nearby beaches.

Exceptional Maui Condo

This condo was a wonderful place for our family to stay while visiting Maui. Very close to great beaches, a fun pool nearby for the kids, and nice amenities. Large patio with grassy area, comfortable beds, and very easy check in process. The host was friendly, helpful and very communicative. We would happily stay here again.

Perfect condo and location

Our family loved the condo. It's as beautiful as the pictures. We especially enjoyed the back patio and grill area. The location is not right on the beach but is a short drive to all the beaches in South Maui. Close enough to Kihei for stores and restaurants but outside of the busy city.This location will not disappoint.

Perfect Wailea Condo

This Wailea Palms condo was the perfect second half of our 10 days in Maui. We were visiting Maui for a wedding and stayed at the (venue) resort for the first handful of days. That handfulld of days showed us how much more we would rather stay in a condo. Host was very kind and responsive and the well equiped and very clean condo was a gem. Mornings on the lanai were picture perfect. We will be back!!

Spring Break

My 13 year old son and I stayed at this property for one week during spring break. It was perfect. The unit was clean and very well stocked with beach and kitchen supplies. The owner was very easy to reach and lovely to communicate with. I would highly recommend this property. It is private and the outdoor space is beautiful. Thank you! Great condo!

We loved our stay. The condo was perfect. The location is great in that it is close to beaches, shopping and dining. The condo itself is in a quiet and relaxing location. The pool is beautiful. Most of all the condo was the perfect place for our family. It is beautiful and very comfortable. Cara was great in keeping us updated and providing great information on things to do in the area. Incredible stay

We stayed at this property with our two daughters. I can't rank this property highly enough. Absolutely everything was perfect. The unit is spacious, clean, and very well appointed. The location is incredible - an easy walk to coffee, shopping and restaurants. Cara was very responsive prior to the trip and provided us with all the information we needed for smooth and easy access at arrival. We will definitely book again!

Great property

We loved our stay here. Cara was very hospitable and attentive. We loved the ground level condo. It was nice having a grassy area for our toddler to run around in It was clean And updated very nicely. We would definitely want to stay here again in the near future. we loved the location and it’s close proximity to the shops at Wailea and a lot of different restaurants. The nearest Speech was only a three minute drive and also could be walkable. Mahalo for the wonderful time at your place.

Absolute Perfection!

The property was perfect! It was very clean, spacious and had all the amenities. It was close to the beautiful pool, restaurants and great area to walk as well. The kitchen was well stocked. We cooked quite a few meals in the 7 days we were there - and it’s really easy when you have all that you need. The Lanai was lovely with plenty of room (a table as well as lounge chairs). The grounds are stunning and the entire environment is serene. Each bedroom had very comfortable beds and each a beautiful bathroom as well. I would love to stay there again!

Amazing Property!!!

We have stayed at many places in Wailea over the years. Most of the available rentals are dated and are not well appointed. This property, 503 Palms Wailea, was amazing in every way...any questions or requests we had we taken care of in a very short time! Next time we go back to Wailea, we will definitely be checking with Cara to see if this property is available!

Favorite Family Vacation

We had such a great stay in this condo. Cara was super easy to work with and very responsive! The location was perfect, felt like we were in the middle of everything. This may sound silly but maybe my favorite part of our stay was how well equipped the condo was for enjoying life away from home. They provide all of the appliances, utensils, etc. plus all of the beach equipment and cleaning supplies. It really felt like home!! Our only wish was that we would have booked a longer stay! Thank you so much for a fantastic family vacation!!!

Palms at Wailea

Beautiful unit, well equipped on ground floor. Spacious with large lanai. AC solid, parking right outside. Only “negative “ for us was Murphy beds in 2nd bedroom were a little small for our late teen boys. Owner was pleasure to deal with, lots of good communication and supportive. Pool on property was nice though we hardly used given proximity to so many beaches. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Place!

My husband, daughter and I had a great 8 days in this condo. The place is so airy, spacious and super clean. Seems like the home was renovated for the owner and therefore everything especially the kitchen gears were chosen w good brand name (e.g Mikasa dining set, chef knives, electric wine opener). The pantry had basic starters like salt, pepper and other spices. We loved the spice rack w complete variety for every cuisine dishes. We were surprised to see even fish sauce in the pantry. We felt like home immediately and took care of the home just like ours. Love to be back again the future when we return to Maui. Thx Cara for having us over her place.

Wonderful stay

Spacious, clean and comfortable! Cara and Sid do a great job of making it feel like a home not a rental. Full kitchen and great grill - have meals inside or outside in Lanai. Having AC in each room was a great plus. Bathroom upgraded. We stayed at the Palms before, this unit is by far the best we saw.

Aloha! We are former West Coast dairy farmers who vacationed annually in sunny Kihei (South Maui) from 2004-2009. In 2010 we sold the farm and immigrated to Hawaii. We invested in four vacation rental condos that first year and have been vacation renting on Maui ever since.

Cara grew up in Austria and is passionate about baked goods and coffee. She left her budding big-city career in 2001 to join Sig on his dairy farm along the West Coast. She is your main point of contact through the booking process, researching your stay (ask about her blog for trip ideas!) and communicating throughout your stay.

Sig grew up on the West Coast with a passion for dairy-farming. To this date he subscribes to dairy publications and enjoys going to trade shows, keeping up with advancements in the dairy industry. For many years our farm had one of the top-producing dairy herds in Western Canada working in close partnership with our animal nutritionist and veterinarian (no rBST). He brings his attention to detail and perfectionism to the condos and handles most of our maintenance needs (and all those remodels we’ve done over the years). He checks our condos prior to every check-in, ensuring they are in top condition from both a cleaning and maintenance standpoint.
