You will enjoy our centrally located home in the quaint town of Kingsville Ontario. Just a 10 min walk S to Lake Erie and a 10 Min N to town.
Our home offers thoughtfully decorated 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, dining areas a coffee bar, laundry room with makeup and hair lounge, front porch for relaxing.
The outdoors offers a large yard, BBQ, covered patio, outdoor game room with TV, Pool table,darts and fridge. Basement grand entrance, back entrance with wheelchair ramp. Come Enjoy our Casa! There is NO hot tub/spa available at this time.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Take out any recycling ♻️ put it in the bins on the back porch.
Make sure the air or heat is turned off in the game room and it’s locked up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If police are called for noise violation or any other violations, you will be responsible to pay any fines! It will be charged to your credit card!
Make sure all dishes, pots and pans are cleaned and put away before leaving. Take out all garbage and recycle, put it in the outside bins.
Put all dirty towels in the laundry room, in the white hamper. Strip beds and leave bedding at the end of the beds.

Spotless house with two well-equipped kitchens and great outdoor space. The neighborhood is cute and very walkable, and nearby Lakeside Park was especially lovely. We were essily able to cook every meal for our group of nine. Cannot say enough good things about the seating areas in the backyard.

Fabulous place to stay

This house was the perfect home away from home for our two families. The house is so well appointed with everything you might need for a comfortable and fun filled stay. Fantastic Place - We'll Be Back!

Overall, this was a wonderful weekend stay. Lynn was a fantastic host, very responsive and we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the house and the extra touches she left that were above and beyond just renting us a house. The location is near the beach, wineries, and walking distance to restaurants. My daughters agreed that this was the best VRBO experience that they've had! We will definitely be back to stay here again in the future.

Perfect place to stay with your girlfriends!

Lynn’s place was perfect! We stayed for a “ weekend weekend” The house was close enough for us to walk to the restaurants and coffee shops. The house was fully equipped with everything you could ever possibly need. For us girls vanity area was great! All of the beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of towels and space. Lynn’s attention to detail makes you really feel comfortable, cozy and right at home. I will definitely be back!

Perfect House and Location

My friends and I absolutely adored this house when we’re visiting for a wedding. Every room was clean and fully stocked with anything we could need! We played some pool in the game room, watched movies in the living room, and played board games in the basement. Another top reason to stay here is the location, we were such a close walk to coffee, shopping, restaurants, and breweries! Could not have asked for a better vacation house or a sweeter host. Lynn gave everything a heartfelt touch and responded to any questions and suggestions promptly!

Great place to stay

This proprty was on a very quiet street . It is very spacious and accomodated our group with no problem. Everyone had a good time in the pool room and really enjoyed the popcorm machine. The whole home is welcoming and comfortable. The hosts have made it a home away from home . They have gone out of there way to provide all the little amenities you may need. I cannot recommend it enough. Is a few minutes from lemmington and we took the opportunity to visit point pelee as well . Thank you!!

I have lived in Kingsville for 50 Years. I enjoy boating, gardening and being with my family! My husband calls me a Social Butterfly! I love interacting with other people, so I feel hosting is right up my alley!

Why they chose this property

We choose 19 Elm St for our Airbnb because it is located close to town for walking, approx10 min North. We have beautiful restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, shops, wineries and breweries. We are walking distance approx10min South to Kingsville's Lakeside park and lake. The greenway walking biking trail is just around the corner. The Legion Branch188 is a 3 min walk if you want to go for the Friday night fish fry! There is also a convenience store and a bicycle rental place across the street on the corner for your convenience. The neighborhood itself is a clean and quiet street.

What makes this property unique

Our property has a large yard with a pergola for sitting out of the sun and rain with a smart TV. Our garage has a pool table and beer fridge, smart TV with Netflix and YouTube, it's located right off of the pergola. There is a propane BBQ for your use.
