Nice house.

This is a great house in a quiet neighborhood that is perfect for our extended family. The pool is a nice addition. My only concern is that the upstairs bedrooms get very warm when the weather heats up.

Cute place. Very spacious. Very quiet neighborhood. Spring branch area. Two bathrooms master is shared separate entrance. Patio door to pool from master locked. Backyard gate locked. Front door only entrance. Camera’s everywhere. This is not a hot tub. Heated pool and smaller spa connected extra fee if you want heat turned on.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property! The backyard was beautiful and my kids loved swimming in the pool. They really got a kick out of all the tiny lizards running around, too! It was really nice to have multiple indoor seating locations for meals as some properties we have rented in the past have very limited seating. The location to downtown was perfect as well and was typically only about a 20 minute commute. Alex was very responsive and a great host. The only thing we didn't love were the beds, but it is more of a personal preference. They are memory foam beds which are very firm. This wouldn't stop us from renting here in the future, though. Some recommendations would be to have more pots and pans available, hangers in the closets, and cushions for the outdoor couches. Other than that, everything was perfect!
