This newer constructed manufactured home built in 2016 is located only 4 lots in from open water and offers the protection the canal while offering a spectacular view! Features a 35' concrete seawall with cleats and dock posts, fish cleaning table, bait freezer and offers a store room to stow your fishing and dive gear. The downstairs offers covered parking with outdoor picnic table and grill. The main living room features a sofa sleeper, 40' flat screen television and leads to the open porch with patio chairs. Kitchen features stainless steel appliances with lots of cabinet storage and island kitchen. Master bedroom features a queen size bed with 32" flat screen television and private full size bathroom. Guest bedroom features a full size bed with access to the balcony and hallway bathroom. Additional amenities include central air conditioning/heat, washer, dryer, ceiling fans, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, FREE WIRELESS INTERNET, outdoor furniture and covered parking for one vehicle. One small pet allowed (under 15lbs.), must comply with Venture Out Pet Rules and Regulations. Pet fee is required.

Keys Thanksgiving

We stay at VO every time we come to the Keys, love the location for going out on the boat. Area isn’t too crowded and close to other Keys for activities. This house has been our favorite one yet.

Kitchen table was broken. refrigerator didn’t work We had to keep our food in coolers. We let them know & they did nothingI wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Ryan, Upon inspection the fridge is working correctly. We ask you allow 24hrs after you initially stock the fridge for drink and other warm items to cool. We did not receive a response back on if you lost any food items after the orig. call at 11:30pm the night you checked in. Maint. did drop the ball on the kitchen table and the item has been addressed and corrected. We hope you enjoyed your time in the keys as the weather was amazing over the holidays.

Had a wonderful time, property was located in a perfect spot to enjoy open water views. Was exactly as advertised. This is our second year in a row staying in this development. We will be back!!!

Great Location

We had a great time here. The only issue was we were not made aware that the hot water heater was not turned on. We were supposed to turn it on while we were there. Would have been nice to know.

Keys trip lobster season

When we arrived the AC did not work. We made multiple calls an once reaching waterfront realty they got the onsite repair person there. The AC could not be fixed that night but brought portables in for comfort an got it fixed in the am. Really loved the unit an location. Appreciate everyone’s help the first day. Would return again!

Couples Get Away

My husband, another couple and I stayed at this property for a week. The resort is a clean, quiet, safe gated community. The house was clean and well appointed. We spent two days fishing and being right on the water was very convenient as our fishing guide was able to pick us up with the boat right at the house. We will recommend this property to others and look forward to staying here again.

The location was great. The beds and linens need to be updated.

The location was great, however, the beds were very uncomfortable. The guest bedroom bed was completely broken and sunken in. The bath and bed linens all need to be replaced/ updated, as does the sofa and love seat slip covers.

Nice place but….

This property is managed by a real estate sales office that is very busy yet very courteous. They do call back when leaving a message. However, no action to problems seem to take place. Our 5 day stay had its daily start with instant coffee we had to buy in Key West because the coffee maker was extremely grungy. The blinds covering the large sliding glass front door were so tattered that you couldn’t close leaving no privacy from all the other houses directly across the canal. And be sure to use extra cushions for the living room sofa or you’ll sink half way to the floor. The two beds in the bedrooms seemed very small too. I didn’t know if they were small queens or doubles. My wife and I had to sleep in separate bedrooms. That’s all folks.

Venture Out charges a $125 registration fee upon arrival paid via cash or cc only. There is no boat trailer parking and the overflow lot for a 2nd vehicle is not guaranteed and is first come first serve and may not be reserved in advance.
Starting April 1st, AT&T will begin Operation Fiberoptic VO. Three teams will swarm the park in multiple locations. Please make sure your renters are aware that there will be park-wide construction. Potholes, noise, & wifi outage will be the norm. for 4-6 weeks, while they bring us up to date.
