This unit, a 1st floor studio with keyless entry -- one queen-sized bed and one queen-sized futon, galley style kitchen, dining area, and living space -- sleeps four. Parking for small and medium-sized vehicle. Cable and wifi included! Upper sun deck, and a grill located in the pool area! Card-op laundry room and ice machine on the premise. All kitchen accessories available -- pots/pans/dishes/cups/glasses/utensils. This is my second booking at this rental. Owner is very good at communication. The unit is very clean, includes everything needed for a stay, and has a convenient location to the boardwalk. Other residents are very friendly. I would recommend it to friends.

Although we never met our host, everything was in order except for the coffeemaker, which would not pierce the keurig cup and therefore only water came out. The bed was comfortable and the location was very good.

This was a great spot to stay-- close to the boardwalk and beach, and we didn't need to move the car until we left. The property and amenities were exactly as described, and communication and the check-in process were simple and straightforward.
