Cottage is rented ALL year around unlike many other homes on the island for nightly and weekly rentals for guests to be able to enjoy the island all year around for the array of different seasons. (Even for the holidays)

****Four(4) Beach tags are provided for guest use during your stay which are located in China cabinet in a little silver dish and tags are to be returned before departing or if by chance a tag is lost or misplaced by accident new tag is to be bought by guest at Visitor Center to kindly replace before departure so next guest has the availability to use beach tags for their family as well.

Animals and guests absolutely LOVE the covered front porch and fully fenced in gardened front yard which is an extremely rare amenity find on the island with a private single family home.

Cottage is rented ALL year around even for the holidays unlike many other homes for nightly and weekly rentals for guests to be able to enjoy the island all year around for the array of different seasons.

Guest Beds are provided with pillows, quilt/comforter & mattress pads. Guests may choose to bring their own sheets & towels or choose to get the linen service delivered to the cottage from a linen service company located on the island.
Recommendations can be provided to guests upon request.
Brand new Bed sizes in cottage are Queen, Full, 2 Twin Beds so guests are aware of bed sheet sizes needed.
Guest also bring linens/towels if linen service company is not being provided for you to use during your stay.

The Bella Garden Cottage offers a cozy front porch with a fully fenced in yard that boosts beautiful gardens for our guests to enjoy during their stay.

This private single family home cottage provides you with lots of privacy with no sharing of the home or yard with other tenants for your family to be able to enjoy the home all to yourselves.

The home is ideal for families, children and pets and is close to attractions but away from the noise and hustle and bussel of some of the busier streets.

The home is just a short walk to the beach and the 9th street boardwalk area by Manco & Manco Pizza area and is across the street from the bay.

The cottage offers the amenities of fully stocked kitchen with all brand new appliances, cappuccino & latte machine, coffee maker, a full-size dining room, living room, bathroom with a delightful, oversized fountain shower head, 3 bedrooms with 1 Queen bed, 1 Full bed, and 2 twin beds for people to comfortably spread out.
Home sleeps and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

Fenced in yard is perfect for spending time outside with pets or children.

The Bella Garden Cottage also provides a grill, outdoor patio furniture chairs and front porch furniture that you will surely spend many of hours relaxing on.

Home is beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home.

Perfect house for our family and pups. The house was very clean and thoughtfully prepared for us. Ocean City was thriving during Thanksgiving week and a great place to enjoy family and do some pre holiday shopping. The house is set up so the front porch and yard are an extension of the living space with a great fenced in yard. We hope to go back next year!

Lovely cottage beautifully decorated with the convenience of a front porch and fenced in yard. The location is excellent! Close proximity to the boardwalk which made it easy to come and go. We enjoyed the beach and the boardwalk daily and made a special trip down to Cape May for a dolphin and whale watch excursion which was only 45 minutes away. And, made a pit stop to Adventure Aquarium on the way home which was a lot of fun. Parking was a little challenging, but once you figure it out, it’s smooth sailing. I would definitely stay here again.

Alison is so kind hearted and generous . She made my family’s first time experience to Ocean City memorable as she opened up her home and shared some of her favorite spots in town with us! The property is very cute . It has a fenced in yard which makes it easier for pet owners to not have to worry and can just open up the front door and relax on the front porch while the kids and dogs play in the yard ! Upon arrival we had all of our instructions and codes so there was no need to hassle with the app and read all the specific instruction like most . Alison makes it easy and stress free ! We thank you for allowing us to rent your cute little cottage and we can’t wait to come back for more memories !
