DOWNTOWN DOLORES COLORADO! Stay in comfort with 2BR1BA large upstairs home (with couch and air mattress sleeps 6). Location allows you to walk through Dolores as well as drive short distances to enjoy being a Tourist. Check out small rural town living with large farmers market, 4th of July, August Escalante Days, hunting season and gorgeous winters. Recreation: San Juan National Forest, Dolores River, McPhee Lake, Mesa Verde National Park, Telluride or Durango shopping and ski resorts. Stay within 3 miles of Dolores or go for a 90 minute drive. You'll enjoy your stay in this 2BR upstairs home with a morning brunch on the upper deck overlooking the River. Right across the Street is the City Park with the Dolores River. Don't be surprised to see some rafters going through during the high water season and kids playing in the low water season. The VRBO unit is an adorable home built in 1991 that can easily sleep 6 people. Recently remodeled in 2022. Being an upstairs unit, you'll be able to see the whole community from above. Come enjoy Dolores, CO at any time throughout the year.

Cute place and a wonderful town

Our family loved staying at the Cozy Comfort Inn. It was clean, comfortable, and the kids really enjoyed the pool table and chess set.

We enjoyed our stay. A few things could use an update. Lighting in the bathroom and dining area of the kitchen could be improved ed. Didn’t have any dish cloths and only one dish towel. Shower was great and beds were comfortable. Refrigerator was going out and was addressed by the owner. Balcony was a nice place to sit and enjoy the outdoors. In all was a nice place to stay.

Quiet and nicer than what you would expect.

Honestly, it was a pleasant experience. I was a bit skeptical being so close to an RV Park and a highway. However, the area is surprisingly quiet for the location. Amenities were nice and as listed. I liked the place and the Property Manager and their representatives were nice and communicated well. Good experience. Would recommend to people.

The pictures of this property had to be taken years ago!! I chose this property based on the outdoor area. We planned on spending our evenings sitting by a fire and relaxing. Needless to say that did not happen as the entire outdoor area was in a state of complete neglet!! Internet was so slow we couldn't use any streaming services. It was honestly the most ill-equiped kitchen I have ever seen! Hardly any cookware to speak of. No mixing bowls of any sort or pans to bake anything. This property is totally misrepresented!! Dont waste your money!!!! I have photos of the property but there is no way to upload.
