We had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was amazingly quiet, the car port was great for keeping the car cool and protected from the sun and rain. The back porch was lovely to sit in during the morning! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals and there was plenty of ice and cold water from the fridge!

Everything was as expected; my only comment is - believe it or not: the soap! The soap dispenser on the MB bathroom sink did not work; the soap bottle in the shower was not very inviting to say the least. It had been in use for a long time, there was not much left in it and I could not bring myself to use it ...

We were in town for a wedding, and this was a perfect, pet friendly location. The host was excellent and checked in on our during our stay to make sure all was okay. Highly recommend.

The house was clean inside and check-in quite easy. The listing and check-in e-mail listed four outdoor parking spots and one in the garage. Instead there were two outdoor spots and the garage was not available to guests. We were hoping to use the garage because we had our e-bikes with us, but we managed without. The owner’s house manual was detailed and made being “green” easy. The beds and living room furniture were comfortable. We enjoyed hanging out in the shade of the back porch. The yard is overgrown and has not been maintained in a while. For our purposes - as a place to hang out and to sleep after exploring Mesa VerdeNational Park - this was a good value.

Everything was great. Owners really tried to make things staying there super easy. It is close to the downtown area so we really did not have to drive far. Everything was comfortable. The only thing is that we travel with our dogs and we did appreciate the accommodation taking them in the back since they were smaller dogs was a challenge. The grass was too high and we did not feel comfortable letting them off leash so we accompanied them when they needed to go outside. We were not able to throw the ball for them or anything. But otherwise, I would say this a great place to stay and they were super nice. Oh, and the AC blasts super cold!! That was a plus!

Family Gathering in Cortez

This home was truly a home away from home. We were able to accommodate all visitors comfortably. It was a family reunion of sorts and the kids absolutely loved the nice big back yard. Parking was sufficient and all needs were met. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. And casino is less than 30 min.

Great location - close to Mesa Verde

We enjoyed staying at this house. It was a close drive to Mesa Verde, Canyons of the Ancients and other hikes. We loved having the fenced in backyard for the dog as well. The owners have everything labeled well in the house and take care to be eco-friendly.

Family Time

The house was located close enough to town for easy travel between us and family living there. Large enough to accommodate all of us during the day and evening meals. Bedroom and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable for 4 adults. The living area large and comfortable enough for up to 12 to gather, play games and enjoy meals. Very clean and well stocked. Easy check-in and check-out.
