Family friendly home in the beautiful East Hill neighborhood! Only one mile to Bayview Park where you will find water activities, tennis courts, playground equipment and numerous walking paths. Home is 15 minutes(without traffic delays) to the beach, 5 minutes to historic downtown and Palafox Street and less than 10 mintues to the airport!
Home has a large fenced back yard where you can play games during the day or relax and enjoy the beautiful evenings!

We loved this home! We chose it due to the proximity of our daughter’s wedding venue. Easy to all things downtown. Very quiet and safe area. The property is well appointed and clean. I would easily stay here again.

Great Spot for Family Gathering

We were in town for our daughter’s flight school graduation and needed a place for 6 family members to stay. This was very clean, very nicely appointed property and I recommend it highly. Five stars

Lovely East Hill home

This was our second stay at Bailey's place. We love the location, close to everything but in a quiet residential area with friendly neighbors and walkable streets. The house is spacious with 3 large bathrooms. Backyard with a grill and furniture. Fully equipped kitchen

We spent a week for Christmas and had an enjoyable time. The house was perfect for our family. The kitchen was stocked with quality appliances and dishes. The back yard was great for the kids to play. I would definitely recommend this house.

This was a great home in a great location. We were within 15 to 20 minutes from most everywhere we wanted to go. The Wisteria Tavern was extremely close and was a cool place to visit. The house had absolutely everything we could need. The Blue Angels did not disappoint!

East Hill Pensacola

Great location for the “heart” of Pensacola…close to downtown to the south, and a few minutes to get to the mall/airport area to the north. Take 17th Ave. to skip in-town traffic and get out to the beach. Publix is just a few blocks from this house. We really enjoyed the beauty and coziness of East Hill. House location is very quiet, not on any main thoroughfare, but so close to where we wanted to go. The house was super-clean and well equipped…Hooray for 3 full baths! Really great property! We loved our stay!

Top Notch Home!

Excellent choice! We all thought the house was immaculate and so comfortable. We felt at home! Our families met up in Pensacola for a graduation and enjoyed getting to be together in a large home with multiple rooms and bathrooms. Kid friendly - they loved the games and balls, plus the bunk bed. Huge back yard. The towels are very plush and bathrooms stocked. Loved the shower with the rock “floor” and large shower head, plus the showers were so spacious. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again, if needed. The check in process was seamless and having a door with a code made it easy for all of us to come and go without worrying about keys. Again, highly recommend this property!!
