Located In the heart of vibrant downtown Pensacola and 15 minutes away from the beautiful white-sanded Pensacola beach.

It has 4 bedrooms,2.5 bathrooms and it’s located in a complex featuring a resort-style pool.

House Rules & Booking Requirements

Guests local to the Pensacola area are required to provide a $250 refundable deposit.

The reservation allows for a maximum of 8 overnight guests.

A maximum of 10 people may be on the property at any time (including children). Local visitors are permitted; however, the total number of guests must not exceed this limit. Please provide the full names of any local visitors entering the property each day.

Only registered guests may stay overnight.

Parties or large gatherings are not permitted.

The property is equipped with exterior security cameras for safety and compliance.

Parking is limited to one vehicle in the driveway; additional public parking is available next to and in front of the house.

The primary booking guest must be 21 years of age or older.

A valid photo ID is required prior to approval.

This property is excellent. It was super clean, extremely spacious and accommodated my entire family. It had every thing we needed as far as kitchen supplies and enmities. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and would definitely book again myself.

This was an absolutely delightful little place to stay. Very clean and well stocked. The game room and pool were very fun editions to our stay. Host was responsive and professional. My only notes are that the game room was very warm and while the location is pretty close to downtown, its not quite within walking distance. Other than those minor details, this place was incredible. Thank you for such an incredible stay!
