Floor to ceiling windows incorporate design and natural light, bringing the tranquility of the outdoors in. Custom cherry cabinetry throughout and a chefs kitchen with Thermador range, two dishwashers, and striking concrete countertops. Five minutes from Grove and close to Wolf Creek. Short 15-20 minute drive to Mid-America Outdoors.

Moms Trip!

Our group had the BEST time at this perfect VRBO. It Made this group of moms swoon over the kitchen space, take multiple naps in peace, and had the best space to puzzle, play cards, and enjoy some peace and quiet. Herb and Lindsey were the perfect hosts and we’re already planning our next trip!

For the past 30 years we’ve called Grove home, raising our three children in this beautiful corner of Oklahoma.

Herb is a Builder and Endless Dreamer who wanted to create a memory-making property for vacationers coming to Grand Lake.

Lindsey is a Registered Nurse and Chronic Overthinker who now manages Herb’s dreams (and the properties).

We’re avid travelers, and while we’ve explored many incredible places and seen wonderful sights, there’s nothing quite like crossing Sailboat Bridge and coming HOME.
