Chic & Cozy Home w/ Game Room & Firepit!

Reconnect with loved ones in this family-friendly place. Situated next to several canoe rental businesses, you are a short distance from the Harpeth River. Perfect Level 1 river float for families. What a wonderful place to come for a summer trip.

The main house has a Queen, Bunk bed and sofa sleeper. The clubhouse has a Queen and a sofa sleeper. This is 6 beds but can sleep 10 MAX. The clubhouse has a variety of games and a tv for group gatherings and events. Also, a set of rocking chairs on the porch makes it fun to visit with each other. The back porch is outfitted with furniture, a TV, a firepit, and lots of room to run around.

House outfitted with new linens, dishes, and appliances. The back patio is great for eating and visiting outdoors and also has a fire pit and TV. The front porch of the clubhouse has rocking chairs for everyone.

You will also find a creek behind the house which is fun to explore.

Just a short ride away is Montgomery Bell State Park where you will find hiking, boating, fishing, and a lodge with a restaurant. Also, this is very close to Harpeth River State Park.

*Dogs are okay but not allowed to stay at home unattended. Okay to crate. 2 dogs max.
*Booking price includes damage insurance fee to cover up damages.
*Accidental damage protection is included for any damages or accidents, subject to exclusions and limitations that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of accidental damage insurance will be charged to the guest.

My family and I were in town for a wedding, 6 adults. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The location is a little out of the way so groceries are recommended but easy to do with their fully stocked kitchen and laundry. Great location to be just out of the way of city traffic and close to nature things to do. Only 30 minutes to a few different fun city like places. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great spot in Burns/Dickson!

We stayed at the property for a golf tournament and had a blast hanging out in the back barn and out on the covered patio. Great spot to stay!

Great property with responsive host

We had a blast staying here to celebrate a 70th birthday! The property is fun and easy to navigate and great for a gathering. There was a bit of issue with the cleanliness when we arrived but the host was very responsive and offered to do anything we needed to make it right. We hope to stay again in the summer to canoe.

Great stay for relaxation

Great property, fun game room to play with the family and entertain! Extra accommodations are a bonus at this property and were appreciated. Beds are comfy, nice little place to get away for a week or weekend. We will return for a canoeing trip with the family!

Perfect for Nashville

We came down with our daughters All Star Cheer team from Michigan to stay! The property was amaazing and a short, beautiful drive to DT Nash. 30 minutes tops. The home was perfect for the kids AND adults - even with the rain we found plenty to do! We will be back again with family to stay ❤️

Very relaxing and nice place to stay

This property was perfect for our group of 8. It is just far enough from the city to be away from traffic and to enjoy the rural area. The drive into to the city wasn't difficult. The house was very clean and had a separate building with air hockey, shuffle board, queen bed and pullout. The outside between the two (house & game room) has a nice patio with grill, t.v. firepit, bags and comfy furniture. There is a kayak and canoe rental place next door to the house. Our family really enjoyed our stay.

Family visit

Other than the stone path being slippery when wet and flickering lights during showers, the property was perfect. The club house is fantastic for entertainment. We had a power outage during our stay from a storm and the property manager and owner responded quickly to make sure we were okay, providing huge flashlights.

Great home in a cute and safe town!

For those who like a thorough review, Ive nit-picked and come up with the only "flaws" I could think of, and took a star off for the following (if I could choose half star, I would): No bath mats in any bathrooms, low water pressure in master bath, arcade game wasnt working (they did apologize for this, and said they were waiting on maintenance for it), accumulated dog hair and dust/dander behind nightstands and in other random spaces and crevices (Im allergic to cats and dogs), wasp nest near entrance of game room, stains on comforter/couch pillows/kitchen chairs. Not too many restaurants in town, but not a far drive for other options. None of these were deal-breakers, and most had easy solutions! Now for the good! The beds were all comfy enough.The open concept living room and kitchen was great for hanging out and talking while cooking or snacking. The spacious game room/guest house had two huge tvs, which my kids loved, plus air hockey, darts, and other various games. The room in there isnt air conditioned, but it wasnt terribly hot or stuffy, and leaving the door cracked open was all that was needed. The fridge in the main house had water dispenser and icemaker that worked great. Washer and dryer were spacious and clean. Microwave, stove and dishwasher were all clean, and worked well. The lounge area behind the house was great for early morning reading, or late night fun! Would definitely stay at this property again!

Everything was excellent except for 2 things. The outdoor covered space was very dusty and the seat cushions need to be replaced or have a very deep cleaning. And the hot water heater in the outside unit needs some electrical work as you need a person on standby to flip the breaker every three minutes just to take a shower. Otherwise, excellent stay.
