We had a wonderful stay ! The host was helpful and everything went so smooth! It’s so peaceful out there ! The house is beautiful and spacious and the pool area is so big and has a lot of fun floats, toys and lots of lounge chairs ! We also really enjoyed the screened in porch off of our bedroom! We sat out there every night listening to the night time nature ! We would definitely go back!

There were some small issues - one of the toilets needed a float, and the hot tub needed chlorine, but the owners were attentive and resolved it quickly.Location is quiet, thirty minutes from the bustle of Nashville. Carpets in bedrooms could use updating. Private pool is a plus!

Overall, the house was really nice. Could have been a little cleaner, but ok. However, the kitchen is very poorly stocked. The pans are terrible to cook in and stick like crazy. Also, for a place that advertises sleeps 17, there are only 7 forks. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and clean! We really enjoyed our stay.

The place needed a very good cleaning. It smelled very musty and the carpets were very nasty. The host did say she would send the cleaner over but it was too late. It was a nice big place it’s just to bad it was so dirty.

Response from VrboOwner on 27 Aug 2026
We’re glad you found the home nice and spacious. We were concerned to hear about the musty odor, carpet condition, and cleanliness issues, as the home had been prepared for your arrival. When you reached out, we offered to have the space cleaned again, but by then you had already addressed the surfaces and declined additional cleaning. We’re sorry the timing of that offer was no longer helpful. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and will continue working to ensure the home feels fresh, clean, and comfortable for future guests.

I enjoyed my stay very much. I met the owner because the master bedroom shower head needed replacing & the owner came over and replaced it himself very quickly. He was very pleasant & was a very nice. Everything met my expectations. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Mother In-law Birthday trip!

The property manager was very helpful and made sure that we were able to get up the driveway due to the snow. We enjoyed the property. It was a relaxing view. Very quiet which is what we were hoping for. I will definitely be booking again soon!

Well balanced stay

Close enough to enjoy the city of Nashville, yet secluded enough to relax and wind down. We didn’t stay long enough, but enjoyed ourselves while there. We maxed out the occupancy at 14 people and had more than enough room to spread out and have space to be pleased with. Will definitely keep this place in mind if ever planning another trip near Nashville.
