Perfect getaway for nature lovers or outdoor enthusiasts. Cozy, new top floor apartment with a great size primary bedroom with ample closet space, a granite countertop kitchen with all brand new stainless steel appliances, a full bathroom, and plenty of space to lounge. The peaceful backyard is perfect for hanging out under the stars by the fire and overlooking a beautiful large waterfall that you can hear from anywhere outside on the property.

The Space:
- 1 queen size bed
- Full kitchen including stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and utensils
- Dining table and chairs for 4 guests
- Separate heat for living room and bedroom
- 48" Smart TV
- Free high-speed Wi-Fi

Guest Access:
You will have the top unit to yourselves. (Though someone may come to mow the lawn.) We have WiFi, an outdoor fireplace, outdoor gas grill, a long driveway for parking. Cell service is often spotty at the house, but we have fast, reliable WiFi. The kitchen has all the basics for cooking (pots, pans, spices).

Lovely apartment & great location

My son and I stayed here while staying in East Durham and loved it. It was clean, cozy, had a nice backyard with waterfall and fire pit. You could smell Furlong's restaurant next door - smelled amazing! Nice shower, very comfy bed and couch. Nice view from the patio in the back. Owner promptly answered all questions. Thank you so much. Highly recommend!!
