We came on a very snowy weekend. It was great to have access to the garage and someone come and clean out the driveway! Kitchen has all the essential utensils and cooking equipment. Beds were really comfy and the game and entertainment space downstairs made it fun for the kids.

Everything was awesome. Hose was updated nicely and accommodating the only thing i would ask is for more pellets for stove we ran out first day we called they said they were going to bring more but never did .but overall 10out 10 we will be back for sure

Beautiful property! house was super clean. Plenty of space for all. Game room in the basement with a massive tv for movie nights! Nice deck outside with Bbq, Kitchen was well stocked everyday utensils. We all loved this house and will be back!

This contemporary home was perfect for our visit to the area. The location made it easy to access all the activities available nearby. Beautiful property! It was more than we anticipated. Super clean from top to bottom. Basement has a huge media room, perfect for a movie night. Pool or ping pong table and plenty of room for all. Upstairs has 3 comfy bed rooms and 2 nicely decorated living spaces. Kitchen is well stocked with everyday utensils. Oh!! and the deck is cozy for evening star gazing! Totally loved our stay. We will be back!

We stayed here as we were taking a class in Greenville and it was a short 15 min commute each morning. The house was very comfortable and cozy, and well maintained. It's too bad that it was raining most of the time and we couldn't sit outside on the deck. We'd definitely stay here again

Cozy holiday getaway

It was the first Thanksgiving after my mother passed and this cozy and well-appointed home was the perfect hideaway for my husband, toddler and father. The place is spectacularly decorated to feel homey without being overcrowded (as some rentals can be). My daughter saw and payed in her first snow in the ample backyard. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner in the roomy kitchen and had a fantastic time. I highly recommend the property.

Comforts of the Catskills

This home was full of charm alongside all the amenities you would ever need from a ski house. The media room downstairs was fantastic! The only hiccup was the front door was unlocked when we arrived so that gave us a little spook. Needless to say we kept it all locked up for the duration of our stay.

I’m glad I trusted the VRBO security promise and took the leap. Having no reviews, on this newly listed property, we were nervous.. if it’s too good to be true..in this case, this was every bit of “true” as posted. The owner could not be more accommodating. Our 3rd time and we already booked our next stay!

We just finished up a 4 day stay at the property and each time, we are more and more grateful to have found this place and to get to enjoy it as a family. I love the lay out - the kitchen is in the heart of the house and is a great space for cooking. The kitchen has all the things you need to cook! Right in the same area is a living room/sitting area where people can hang out and no one ever feels too far away. There is also plenty of space in the large dining area and formal living area. We love the basement and spent hours playing pool with our kids and casting games onto the large tv in the game room. This place is perfect for a family to get away from it all and really feel comfortable in a beautifully maintained home. Highly recommend!

Summer Weekend (pros and cons)

The house was in a very convenient location with the Blackthorne Resort being 3 minutes away. There was plenty of space for a decent sized family to spread out when needed. Great AC system for hot summer days, can be hard to find in the area per our past experience. Good WiFi, nice kitchen, nice bedrooms. Melanie was responsive when contacted. Cons were that the grass was not kept so we couldn’t enjoy the large backyard. There are also a ton of cameras including one inside in the basement which we found a bit invasive, we didn’t use the basement. Also, very strange neighbors. Overall it was a decent experience, but perhaps a bit overpriced in the end.

Lovely House; No Water

The house was as advertised and quite lovely. Unfortunately there was an issue with the water (all faucets/sinks/toilets had either no water or extremely low water pressure) while we were there that negatively impacted our plans for the weekend & overall experience. To her credit, the property manager tried to have it fixed.
