Absolutely Perfect Vacation Home!

We stayed here for 2.5 weeks and we just loved it! The house was perfect and we really maximized our time on the patio and the backyard. We loved the neighborhood and the house was so well equipped with everything we needed! Highly HIGHLY recommend

Great ski duplex

Great duplex for 3 couples, fabulous kitchen, nice hot tub for apres ski, lots of room. Huge table for meals and computers. I70 is close and noisy outside, but very quiet inside house.

Work stay

Our team of 4 stayed here while working on a project in Vail. It was convenient, about as much as a hotel, and felt more like home at the end of the day. Great host and property.

Perfect location

Excellent location between beaver creek and vail. House had everything you could think of. Hot tub was great after a day of skiing. Would be great for summer rentals as well. I highly recommend

Excellent Eagle-Vail Property

Impressed with the spotless condition of the house. The owners were always responsive and welcoming. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked. The location was convenient to all the activities we wanted to participate in.

Christmas Ski/Snowboard at Vail

Property is wonderful. Clean and just as described. The hot tub feels wonderful after a day on the slopes. The kitchen was plenty setup to cook for our family of 6. The beds are very comfortable. Definitely recommend this place. We had a wonderful Christmas and 19th birthday for our youngest. Plenty of room to hang out together, to eat and play games. 3 bedrooms and two baths downstairs gave everyone space. Washer/dryer for washing as needed.

Long family getaway weekend

Our family of four stayed at this property for a long weekend in mid-May. The home was lovely, clean, comfortable and updated beautifully! The kitchen and bathrooms were super fancy and made our little family vacation feel very upscale. Monica was very kind, responsive and helpful in providing us with local recommendations and outings. As well, we enjoyed the hot tub nightly, grilling on the deck and walks through the neighborhood. We had everything we needed and more! We all loved our stay very much and hope to return!

Fabulous Home with all the amenities and views

I highly recommend this home, it has plenty of room for 6 or more, is located near every summertime and winter activity you could ask for, great restaurants nearby, in a darling neighborhood. Above and beyond on stocking anything and everything you need from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Beautiful deck to eat outside or enjoy the hot tub. We will be back. Owners were very responsive and helpful with advice. Thank you for a great vacation!

Wonderful Stay

My family and I stayed here this past weekend. This is our 5th year coming to Vail and I would absolutely stay here again. The house is so nice and cozy. The amenities they provided are so appreciated. They have very detailed instruction book that answer every questions you were to ask. They have everything you need for cooking, cleaning, bathroom extra's, etc. Plenty of room for people to enjoy the fire and watch TV. The kitchen is great for cooking. The hot tube was enjoyed after a long day of skiing and snowboarding. The location is perfect for Vail and Beaver Creek. I would absolutely stay here again. Very nice owners. They accommodated our request for an early arrival. We had an amazing vacation here. Thank you.

This home is comfortable for a family group for meals and gatherings. It has a very well equipped kitchen in particular, which was appreciated after exhausting days of hiking.The location is close to both Vail and Avon, as well as many hiking trails and scenic locations. The host is especially responsive, which was greatly appreciated.

We stayed at the property from the evening of 8/14/25 to our departure on 8/18/25. The house was amazing with nice and modern amenities. The house was spotless and many kuddos to the cleaning team. This was the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed at. We highly recommend the property and we will definitely stay there again!

Relaxing in the mountains

Very comfortable for the five of us. Nicely updated & decorated nicely. The only negative is the living area & master bedroom are on the upper floor & the stairs are a little steep. It did make it nice for separation & privacy though. Would like to go back.

We highly recommend this property as a great family place. My wife and I hosted (on separate days) two of our sons and families (each with 2 adults and 3 children (ages 5-13)) for a total of 7 each time. We had plenty of room. Furniture and furnishings, kitchen appliances, china, silverware, cookware were all of very high quality. Tv's in every bedroom plus the living area. The place was very well supplied and stocked. All interactions with the owner were promptly handled, and communication was excellent. Wi-Fi access was great. The location was excellent between Beaver Creek and Vail, actually quite close to BC and a bit further to Vail. We hope to return.

Groom, Groom’s family, Groomsmen

Our son was getting married. This home was perfect for the family before the wedding and ended up serving as a ‘hub’ for the groomsmen. They hing out before and after events, it was wonderful, lots of space! Centrally located between Beaver Creek and Vail. Golf course easily accessible. And wildlife!

Beaver Creek

We had a fantastic time! The house is beautifully updated with an incredibly well stocked, modern kitchen. The space was open, filled with light, and allowed all of us to hang out together watching TV, cooking, relaxing. All of the bathrooms were updated and clean. The owners are extremely responsive and the property is not even 10 minutes to the top of the mountain. 10/10, no notes.

I wish I could give it 6 stars

Everything about the property was exactly as described, and looked even better in person. Communication with the owners was very good, as they typically responded within a few minutes at the most. Excellent hosts. As far as the property, it is AMAZING! The house was very well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, the views were breathtaking, and the whole thing was very spacious… important when you’re traveling with kids and teens. I highly suggest you find the guidebook on the kitchen counter, as it will answer any questions you may have. Really a nice touch. The house is located between Vail and Beaver Creek, and neither are more than 5-10 minutes away by car. Also, for the retro gamers out there, there is a PlayStation 1 in the cabinet under the TV, with several games. Overall, I would rent this property again without a moment’s hesitation.
