Great location

Great place for Christmas vacation. Hardly needed a car but the heated garage was pretty handy. Plenty of space for family of 8. Walked across street to catch free shuttle to beaver creek. Snow was sparse but the 7 runs that were open were groomed perfectly. Hot tub was nice fitness room was nice and a paved walking path along the river was beautiful. Oh and Agave an excellent mexican restraunt within walking distance. Will definitely visit again.

Perfect setting for a perfect ski vacation!

This condo was perfect for our family ski vacation. The location to Beaver Creek was so close and the location to take the bus even closer! The home itself was well outfitted and quite comfortable! We would stay here again!

Beautiful condo, very large dining room table and comfy couches. The kitchen is well appointed, we handled a group of 8 without any problems. Close to the main road and close to the shuttle if you don't want to drive.

Great house and location

Our group really enjoyed our stay. The only complaint we had was in the original listing there was an outdoor grill as an amenity. Unfortunately due to an HOA change the grill was removed this year. Otherwise everything was great and it was nice having more space than a typical ski condo. Thanks again for hosting us!

January 2025 Ski Trip

Our group consisted of my two sons and their friends. All seven of us really enjoyed this property. It is roomy and well maintained. The location is a 3 block walk to a free shuttle to Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek. The nice kitchen and large dinning room table allowed us to comfortably have family dinners. I highly recommend this property.

Beaver creek ski resort is a hidden gem and this unit is right at the bottom of the hill. Looks out over the eagle river as well.Tons of room looks very updated will come back again and again

Very affordable

This condo is very spacious actually slept 10 comfortably. Short walk across Street to parking lot for Beaver Creek ski resort which happens to be the best ski mountain in Colorado. Didn't even need a rental car shuttle from eagle/Vail Airport to condo food and drink within walking distance. Will definitely be back.

Great location, Okay conditions

Overall, this place is a good vrbo for a group gathering. We had a great time with the group and the price per night felt fair for what we got. Location was ideal to ski beaver creek (across the way) or a little drive to vail. We came as a group of 8 and I would say it fits 6 comfortably as the upstairs trundle beds are not well suited for adults. As we did have an issue with the toilet, bed springs, and cleanliness of the place, the property manager did do a great job of coming by that day to take a look at things. The sheets and pillowcases could definitely have an upgrade as we felt the large cleaning fee should have taken care of hair and makeup stains (the manager said this could just fallen from the cleaners hair???) but overall the group felt it was an okay stay!

Overall Nice Place

The property itself was very nice. It accomodated our needs for a group of 8. The house was stocked with everything you would need and even had toiletry samples. The home was nice and clean and the garage was a nice to have. Communication with guest services was good, but after sending a few complaints on the hot tub situation I stopped receiving responses. The down side to the property, for us, was the hot tub was not useable. It was dirty and had a layer of grime on it. I contacted guest services and they were told it was serviced; however, nothing had changed. The next day guest services was told the contact at the property had inspected it and it was fine. We checked it and once again no change. We sent pictures showing the dirty hot tub and it was then the communication stopped, no response was received. It was dissapointing as we specifically picked the property to be able to enjoy the hot tub after a day of exploring. One note, even if it had been clean it was small and would not have accomodated our group size. We also found the standard King room to have a TV but it didn't work. I reached out to guest services and was told cable was no longer wired to that room. While it wasn't a big deal we do enjoy watching a little TV before bed and the other bedrooms were taken by our other guests so whe couldn't just use a different room. Again not a big deal just something we didn't expect to encounter. The only other downside was the property has a beautiful creak out the back of the property with just a walking path seperating the two. So very easy access. Unfortunatley the property is also by a busy road so it isn't very quite. While it was still relaxing at the property it would have been nice to hear the water vs. all the cars and semis driving by. But that is just personal preference.

Great stay! Exactly as advertised! Cozy living room with tv and fire place, nice location right next to river and super close to Bear Lot to get up to Beaver Creek village for ski and shopping. Hot tub and pool accessible, a little hard to find at first so maybe update the instructions. Otherwise, great place to stay for easy access to ski and have a cozy weekend!

We had a great experience! The unit was great. Very comfortable, plenty of room, and a well stocked kitchen for cooking family meals. The unit is nicely situated on the river. Very pretty view with the snow and I’m sure it would be lovely in the summer/fall. It’s a short walk across the street (which can get busy, so be careful) to the Bear Lot where you can catch the shuttle to Lift 15 (lower beaver creek) or go up to the village. The unit has a heated garage and ample storage for your ski gear. Definitely will return.

Great location and accommodations!

Comfortable accommodations for our group of eight. Right across the street from Beaver Creek and a ten-minute drive to Vail. The property was comfortable and very clean. Kitchen was well appointed. Gas BBQ on the deck was nice to have for grilling. Heated garage for one of our cars and our ski gear was nice to have. Excellent fitness center with a nice locker room for changing to use the nearby outside hot tub. Guest contact for the property was very responsive via text for the few small issues we encountered. Windows of the property look out to the river below and the walking trail. I-70 is just across the river but there was no traffic or noise at night. We would stay here again!

3 bedroom unit - filthy at checkin

Trip to Avon co to ski at vail/beaver creek- short trip after new year’s- on arrival the unit looked like there had been a drunken frat party - nothing cleaned- beds filthy- bathrooms and kitchen filthy- no Covid procedure followed- we had to make do for our first- night - day - cleaning as much as we could to sleep the night - contact with the billing company with initial response but no follow up - very disappointed!!

Great place for getting your group or family together.

Great location, beautifully decorated, fully stocked with the necessary kitchen items and enough room for our two families. The description of the condo is accurate with one very important exception …. There are a lot of stairs, from the garage into the unit and all the bedrooms with the exception of one bedroom are upstairs. I tried to call and inquired twice about stairs and did not get a return call or email. This information was very important to me because of my disability and stairs are difficult. The other issue was no air conditioning, it was very hot during the day and at night. It did cool off on the 2nd and 3rd night. We would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this unit.
