This Beach Club Avalon Penthouse 2004 is not on the top floor, but on the next floor, which is a Penthouse Level Floor as designated by the builder due to upgrades which includes travertine tile, crown moulding, tall counter in the master bath and more! This condo represents all the luxury and style you've been waiting to enjoy: granite counters, and beautiful furnishings and decor and adjoining baths.

No expense was spared when this condo was decorated,but the best feature is the stunning balcony view right outside the living room and master bedroom. Nothing but blue sky, blue water and, of course, the moon and the stars!

The bedding arrangement is King, Queen, Twin. Each bedroom adjoins a bath. The Master bedroom adjoins it own private double vanity bath with a jetted tub/shower combo. The Queen bedroom adjoins a private bath with a shower. The Twin bedroom adjoins the hall bath with a tub/shower combo.

The beautiful Avalon pool is right below, with a hot tub and palm trees just waiting for you, plus a wading pool. The boardwalk is just a few steps away from the pool and leads to the most beautiful white sandy beach ever. You can see down the coastline for miles!

The fabulous Clubhouse offers a heated indoor pool and huge a outdoor pool and hot tub, a game room, fitness facility and the finest clay tennis courts. Enjoy the poolside live music with a wonderful tropical drink or a seafood delight from the cabana bar or grill. Pay a daily fee at the Club Desk for full access for the days you choose. The owner is a member of The Club.

Relax while getting a indulgent massage at the spa or have a total makeover at the salon. The restaurant offers fine casual dining and a full bar with HD TVs. The world famous Kiva Dunes is located just a short drive away, so bring the golf clubs, too.

Also, bring a kite or your fishing rod or just rent a beach lounger and get a great tan. The beach vendor supplies the loungers, parasailing, jet-ski ride, kayak rentals and more!

Our pristine sugar white sand beach is not crowed by other large condos. The dunes are magnificent!

The condo has full size appliances including a dishwasher & stainless refrigerator with an icemaker. It is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, a coffee maker, blender, toaster and hand mixer. There is a washer/dryer unit conveniently located in the utility closet across from the kitchen. It is stocked with personal amenities to get you through the first day. Bath, bed, and kitchen linens are provided, but please bring beach towels.

A Wonderful Weekend Getaway

The condo was extremely clean and well kept. We were very impressed with how equipped the kitchen was for cooking. The resort was extremely secure and offered dining and entertainment options. We definitely will be visiting again.

Great stay

Check in and parking were easy. The location was perfect, it is a little ways off the main area of Gulf Shores, so very quiet, but not so far that you can’t get to everything easily. It is right on the beach so even though it rained quite a bit while we were there, we could run down and swim or sit on the beach in between showers. We had a great weekend.

Had a wonderful time as usual Pam very responsive to any questions that we’ve had an easy to deal with.

Our day was fantastic as usual Pam Martin is one of the best in the business. In my opinion. We have stayed at the beach club for greater than 20 years at least once a year but in most cases twice I couldn’t recommend a better place in my opinion, then the beach club at Fort Morgan and Pam Martin! The only issue that we had was with a garbage disposal that started leaking, which has nothing to do with anything other than it was just time to replace it. Furniture was a little dated, but it didn’t affect our stay. The grounds were immaculately kept as usual. The beach was also cleaned every evening by staff. I will say this if you want front row at the beach, you had better get up early and when I say early, I mean 4 AM early lol not kidding if you’d like to walk on the beach, couldn’t recommend a better place you can walk either direction east or west for greater than 10 miles in both directions with zero obstacles.

Great Place

We have been to The Beach Club many times over the years and enjoy staying at different condos each year. This condo was very nice. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook and was nicely renovated. The patio furniture was very nice and we loved spending time relaxing on the chaise lounges. Views were amazing and the property is always well maintained and beautiful.

Girls trip

This condo is great. It has everything we needed and the location is good. You are out a few miles from the traffic but the beach is great. We didn't mind spending the morning at the beach/pool and planning an early dinner out then back to walk in the breeze by the beach. Also, there are restaurants on the campus so you don't have to leave at all if you don't want to.

Great Place

Our family of six found this to be a perfect spot. Everything was clean and just as described in the listing. Instructions were clear and precise on check in and check out. We loved each room having its own bathroom. The kitchen had all that we needed. Just remember to bring all the food items you will need (we forgot the sugar, salt, and pepper). We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful

What a beautiful place! We had the best time. The penthouse was roomy and very neat. Loved the kitchen. The place had everything you needed. The view was beautiful and checking in was easy and you could always get in touch with the owner if needed too. I got to spend time with my daughters and make memories. I would love to come back.

Quick 3-day trip

The property was just as advertised. However, it had not been cleaned well before our arrival. There was food on the floor from the previous guests. There was also hair in every bathtub from the previous guests. I did not call and report this because we were there just a short time, but I did send an email and still have not had a response and we are back home. I hope that this is taken care of for future guests.

Not Penthouse

Condo was fine for our needs but the marketing is a bit over embellished. It is NOT a penthouse. There was no stand alone ice machine in the unit or water in the fridge door. The dishwasher was annoying as every time you pulled the out the bottom rack the rack fell off the track. None of these items spoiled our stay and I would stay there again. The elevators were very fast…that was a concern since we were so high up. Beach Club is a fantastic place especially with kids. I would highly recommend. It’s a bit of treck from Orange Beach and there was so much for us to do and keep everyone happy…I never felt like we had to leave the campus.

The apartment overall was nice, the view was the best part. But the bathrooms were NOT clean...there was hair leftover from the person before us and mildew in the tubs. Also, the twin beds were not comfortable at all for adults to sleep on. They were very hard. Lastly, the owner says that the condo is a penthouse and it’s not on the penthouse floor, it’s on the one below. We tried calling her multiple times and we got no answer or call back. We finally found the condo on the floor below the penthouses. Very confusing to find.

Girls Getaway

We spent a week in this lovely place. The service at the Beach Club is superb! The Condo is very nice but in need of repairs/upgrades with Kitchen appliances. The kitchen is very well supplied and easy to use. The advertising suggests that this is a true 'penthouse' which it is not. We were very disappointed to have another floor of some not so considerate people above us. The view from the balcony is lovely but not nearly all as advertised. The bedrooms are very nice and plenty of room. The TV's are top notch and one in every room! Not that we sent much time watching TV! To use the Clubhouse there is an extra charge of $30 to $35 per day, which is where the Heated Pools and activities are. For us it was worth the price as we had 2 little ones and it was a bit to cool to use the outdoor pools or ocean. The Gym is nice as is the Locker Rooms with Sauna and Steam Rooms. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful property away from the noise

My husband and I stayed here for a month in mid January to mid February. It is Located at the Beach Club Resort in a Fort Morgan which has a private beach, walking and biking paths, tennis courts, 24 hour security gate with attendant, restaurants/bar, spa service, hair salon, fitness center and indoor and outdoor heated pools The indoor pool and Fitness center do not come with the property rental. But you can buy a package from the club house attendant for daily, weekly or monthly pass. It wasn't too high, and I was able to get the price down to about half. Just ask. We did not purchase, as we found no need. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Parking is plentiful and safe. The condo itself was great. Just as pictured. There is only one floor above and the elevators are very fast. The owners have thought about every detail. You will need to bring nothing but food and supplies. The kitchen was very well appointed. Every kitchen gadget you could want or need. All top of the line. The master king bed was very comfortable. I am picky. Firm but had a slight pillow top. Nothing worse than a hard bed. The full on suite had a jetted tub/shower combo and 2 double sinks. I was told the guest bedroom with queen bed was comfortable. It also has a on suite bathroom with shower. The 3rd bedroom had 2 twin beds. It adjoins with a full bath that is shared with the hall. So 2 doors. We did not use that bedroom. Nice for storage of luggage. The living area is just as shown. 1 chair and a small couch. Fine for the 2 of us. The view from the balcony was super. We did see the sunset every night. We spent many hours relaxing out there. It sits on the corner of the "L" on the building, so you lose a bit of privacy. Not a big deal, as neither of the units on the "L" we're rented the first 3 weeks we were there. The views were awsome and we loved the lounge chairs in the nook on the patio. Great for a nap in the sun! The beach...what we came for. It was awsome. We walked it every day. Plenty of shells and soft, clean sand. I loved the porch swings on the boardwalk. The Condo is 12 miles from Gulf Shores. (We actually liked that.) There is a very good restraunt/bar on premis. We enjoyed several meals there. Great friendly service. Reasonably priced also. There is also a couple little markets and other restraunts within a few miles of the club. It was our home away from home and we highly recommend this unit. Thank you for sharing.
