About this property

Oceanview on Banks Channel w/private pier and boat slips

Lovely 3 bedroom and 2 full bath condo, centrally located with views of the Atlantic Ocean. Total exterior renovation. You will have shared use of a private pier out front including a 25 ft boat slip (reservation required). There you can sunbathe, eat, fish or swim. It is a few minutes’ walk to town for groceries, shopping and dining. The condo has an open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living room (comfy sectional) so family can be together. There’s a King Bed in the master, Queen bed in 2nd bedroom, and 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom upstairs. The condo is fully furnished, including sheets, bedspreads, bath towels, and beach towels. All you will need are your clothes and groceries. Sound and Ocean are just steps outside your front door. And there is a shared laundry room downstairs that has double stack front load washers and dryers. There are also plenty of beach chairs in the laundry room as well as storage for rafts, floats, coolers, boogie boards, surfboards, etc. This condo is pet friendly for small dogs under 25 lbs. As the owner, I manage the property and live only minutes away so if there is anything you need, I will take care of it. All you have to do is call me (910-616-0484). I want this to be a wonderful vacation so that you'll want to come back again!

Perfect spot for our family, and our pup! Easy walk to the beach. Loved that our girls (12&14) could walk to get breakfast or ice cream by themselves. Thank you Buffy and Steve we had wonderful time!

Wrightsville Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful, multi generational stay at Wrightsville Beach. The house location could not have been better! The house was also extremely well appointed, and the host and hostess were terrific. AND OH MY GOSH THE PIER! Our every need was met! Can’t wait to return! 👍

EXCELLENT —Highly Recommend

Our family goes to Wrightsville Beach frequently for summer vacations. The location of this property is perfect for our family. Easy to walk to wings, the trolley stop, and vitos pizza. Beach access was extremely close (100 ft?). The unit was clean and the owner had fantastic communication. Access to the pier across the street was very nice and we clearly did not utilize it enough. I am hopeful that we can rent here again.

Everything you need

The property literally has everything you need. When they say they have beach towels, all linens, is fully stocked with kitchen items and beach chairs water toys, they really do. Nothing in those categories do you need to bring.

Wrightsville Beach-July 2018

We have visited Wrightsville Beach 5 times now. We love the island and how beautiful the water is this time of year. We just finished our beach vacation and I cannot express how much we enjoyed this home. Great location and short walk to the beach. Across the main street there is a private dock that my teenage kids used for fishing on a daily basis. Just a couple of blocks away from stores and restaurants. The home is fully equipped with everything you need and it is nicely decorated. Buffy is a joy to work with. I hope to come back to Wrightsville next year and will certainly book this location again.

Perfect Beach Week

We had the most amazing time at Wrightsville Beach. The unit is well-stocked and in an incredible location. The dock is icing on the cake. It was perfect for kids to have a small beach during low tide and a great spot for the adults to lounge. We can’t wait to go back!

Lovely location with a next-level pier

Buffy was an excellent host, made us feel welcomed when we checked in, and was always available. The location and the new pier made this spot an oasis (close walk to the ocean, pier, and restaurants). We found the pier to be the most idyllic spot, with beautiful seating, scenery, and breeze. My dog loved his little beach and pier! (However, be prepared to share the pier with two other units.) The unit was small and a bit outdated, but well-equipped. We did have an issue with ants, but Buffy remedied to our satisfaction. Great host! We will be back!

An Amazing Week

Perfect Spot on Wrightsville Beach NC

I stayed here with my family and it was absolutely perfect! We were very happy with this place and its location from the minute we stepped foot in it. First, Buffy was an incredible host. She greeted us when we got there and she was the sweetest, my whole family found her a pleasure to talk to and she was very helpful! Her place is beautiful. The kitchen/dining room/ living room area was a great area to hang out with the family. The whole house was very clean, organized and beautifully decorated. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. She has lots of beach chairs at the house for you to use as well. The beach is not crowded, so it was very peaceful and the water was warm!! One of the best beaches I've been to in the east coast. There are shops and restaurants walking distance as well. And the tourist attraction places are about a 20 minute drive, so it was close enough without dealing with all the tourist traffic. One of my memorable moments at this house was sitting up in the 3rd floor balcony, drinking coffee on the rocking chairs in the morning while looking out to the ocean and walking up to the beach after dinner with my family and watching the tides come in. It was quite peaceful. We kept saying what a great find this place was!!! Thanks Buffy!

Miss Buffy's Beach House! Wrightsville Beach

Enjoyed another ideal week at Miss Buffy's Beach House! Conveniently located across from the beach access, lovely porch views of ocean and parking included. House comes completely stocked with all the necessities and furniture is comfortable yet practical since we bring our toddler grandchildren. All you supply is your bedding and towels. Ideally situated to walk to the WB shops and restaurants. Walk across the street to dock to enjoy fishing or view the spectacular 🌅 sunsets! Return home with lovely memories and totally relaxed...

Great Location! Excellent owner! Best Beach!

This was our first time at this beach and using this rental. We were so impressed with the owner and her hospitality. She went out of her way to answer any questions we had. The house was comfortable as were the beds. The kitchen has everything we needed. She provided beach chairs which saved tons of room in the car. Target is close by for anything else we needed. You can see the beach and it's very close walk away and BEAUTIFUL and not crowded! It's perfect for young a young family or a family with teens...or even just a couple. The town is very safe and quiet. We rode our bikes most everywhere in the evenings. We will be back - for sure!

Awesome!

I do not often write reviews ~ when I do, it is either about an excellent experience or one that needs improvement. We live in nearby Wilmington, NC so this was our 'staycation' - it was AWESOME!! Location, location, location - beautiful views, steps to the beach, close walk to 'downtown area' - which includes great restaurants, a grocery store and a homemade doughnut shop.....among other neat places. Has an open floor plan with everything you need and very clean/well-maintained! I highly recommend this rental - we're coming back for another stay in a few weeks! Owners are very personable and sincerely want their renters to have the best experience. I considered writing the review after I picked my dates for next summer - I'll look to book early! My personal favorites included - sitting on the deck enjoying the views, grabbing a taco at Tower 7, hanging in the house cooking dinner with family and strolls on the beach.

My family purchase this great home because it had 2 units, one soundfront and one oceanview. It has the best of both worlds; ocean and sound w/ pier just outside your front door. It is located in a family friendly neighborhood allowing for our kids to have friends and for us not to have to worry about their safety when outside. There is plenty of storage to bring all you need for a great week at the beach. We live less than one mile away yet chose to purchase our vacation home at Wrightsville Beach because it had everything to offer for our family. We have traveled other places but there is no place like home and Wrightsville Beach!

Why they chose this property

This home is centrally located at Wrightsvile Beach just 2 blocks from town w/ restaurants, groceries, shopping, and ice cream (Trolley Stop and Kohls). It has both sound and ocean and is located at a very family oriented part of the beach. It is safe and convenient and has all Wrightsville has to offer right at our doorstep.

What makes this property unique

This home is centrally located yet very quiet and family oriented. The sound w/pier and the ocean are all just outside the front door- no long walks down busy streets- easy to get to and from the beach with children, chairs, coolers, etc and yet be a 10 second walk back if you forgot something.
