This beautiful 3bed / 3 bath fully remodeled single story home with pool and spacious backyard located in the heart of Las Vegas is minutes away from the Vegas Strip, DTLV, restaurants, shopping & golf. As you walk through the front door you are greeted by the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that overlook the pool and backyard that is made for entertaining or relaxing on those warm summer nights. The natural light in the living room complements the stunning accent wall and upgraded flooring throughout the home. The chefs kitchen is highlighted by the large island with cooktop and seating. Updated cabinets and stainless steel appliances and backsplash. Custom tiled walk in showers in each bathroom with floating vanities and walk in closets in the primary and second bedrooms.
