Beautiful lake views from this 3-bedroom 2 bath condo in Camdenton that is located near the end of a cove. The complex has an elevator, pool, trailer parking on upper lot and docks to fish off of. Boat slip with lift configured for a pontoon or tritoon may be available for an additional fee.

The condo is fully furnished for up to 8 people. Television in all bedrooms and living room. Netflix, cable and Wi-Fi are all available inside the condo. There is a private screened in porch with outdoor furniture facing the lake that is accessible from the living room and master bedroom. Basic bathroom amenities and essentials are available if needed. Kitchen is fully stocked with the basics and a few starter supplies.

The condo is located in the quiet cove of Linn Creek, 31mm, which is perfect for fishing, kayaking, and anchoring out on your boat to swim/relax. The complex is a quiet, family friendly environment that is located in more of a secluded location with no gravel roads.

Dogs are not allowed according to condo association rules for renters. Please do not bring your pet(s) along. Owners are allowed to bring their pets so there possibly could be dogs in the complex.

Friends Shootout weekend

We had 3 couples and the condo was just as described. Having an elevator was wonderful. The condo was clean and a very quiet cove. We had a great time and the location was great for the shootout.

Great location if going to the ampitheatre

We enjoyed exploring "the other side of the lake" by attending a concert, going to The Cave Bar and having dinner at Larry's on the lake. Our accommodations worked out great for everything we wanted to do. I would say the only downside to this property is parking, so carpool if you can. The layout of this property is so neat. Being on the first floor we were super close to the lake view and just steps away from the elevator and pool. Great property!

Quick get away

We stay in VRBO all over the US. This one stands out to us . The very first comment from one of the wives was it’s so clean!! And it was probably the cleanest we have stayed at. Boat slip is perfect the property is easy in and out. Super communication . We will be back for sure .

Welcomed

We asked for an early check in and were granted it immediately. Upon arrival there was a cute little welcome basket with snacks and treats. Was stocked with all the bathroom toiletries if you forgot. Same for laundry, dishwashing and coffee! Great experience!
