Lakefront Miramar Condo 3 Br 2 Ba + Loft, Pool, Great View, WIFI

Check out the stunning view from this 3 br 2 ba + loft unit that is located on the 3 mile marker of the Big Niangua arm of the Lake of the Ozarks. The unit is 1825 sq. feet, is spacious and tastefully decorated. The living room, kitchen and loft area look out a wall of windows for a lake view that is spectacular day or night. The condo is located very close to the Ozark Amphitheater if you want to take in a concert and right across the lake from the new "Cave" restuarant that you can get to by land or water.

Condo Details:
*The large covered screened deck overlooks the pool and offers relaxing views of the lake. It is close to the pool but you still maintain your privacy. The deck is equipped with a live edge bar height table/chairs that seats 8, a wicker couch and ottomans, and a Weber gas grill for your barbecuing pleasure. The deck is a wonderful place to relax and drink your morning coffee or have your favorite adult beverage while gazing over the lake.

*The living room has a couch, and two recliners for seating. There is a LED TV/ Sound bar and Blu-Ray DVD player. The sound bar can be used as a blue tooth speaker or use while watching movies. The tv is a smart tv so you can watch Netflix/Hulu/Prime through it also. There is also a DVD collection to enjoy during your stay.

*The master bedroom is equipped with a king sized bed and a personal master bath with granite vanity top, dual sinks, walk in shower and private sliding door to the lake front screened deck. As you wake up each morning and open the blinds, you can take in the beautiful lake view right from your bed. The bedroom is equipped with a 40” LED smart TV with cable and a Blu-Ray DVD player.

*The 2nd master bedroom has a king bed, a chair for reading, and is connected by a pocket door to a full bath. It has a 32” LED TV with cable and a Blu-Ray DVD player.

*The 3rd bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed with the full bathroom right outside the door. It has a LED TV with cable and a Blu-Ray DVD player.

*The loft is set up with a queen bed and a full size futon. There is a 40” TV with cable, Xbox 360 and games. There are also board games for the whole family to enjoy.

*Wireless internet is available in the condo.

*The kitchen is equiped with stainless appliances and has a wrap around bar that comfortably seats 5. The refridgerator has ice maker with water and ice dispensers in the door. There is also a farmhouse table with room for 6.
The kitchen is stocked with your basic necessities: dishes, silverware, pots/pans, coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer and crock-pot. There is also a full size washer and dryer if you need to do laundry during your stay.

*Boat slips are available through the complex manager for an extra fee. There is a boat ramp and trailer parking offered through the small resort right next door.

Miramar is a family friendly complex with quiet hours from 11pm to 7am. We request that you respect our neighbors and fellow vacationers by following our complex rules. We also ask you to please not smoke in the unit. This is NOT a pet friendly unit.
