I've stayed at this house a few times and look forward to staying again. The house has a nice layout and is very quiet. I had to work a few days during my stay and was able to do so easily. The neighborhood is very walkable and convenient to everything in the Venice area. Tom is an excellent host. Everything always goes very smoothly when staying at this property!

Very clean property we had a wonderful time in Venice..Nice quiet neighborhood and host was always responsive and kind.. Would definitely stay again..and pet friendly a huge plus for us..

Cozy little place!

The house was exactly as described! Clean and cozy. Location is convenient and neighborhood felt safe and quiet. We brought our dog and she enjoyed the yard and we enjoyed the screened in back porch.

2nd stay as good as the 1st

This was my second time at this property. Clean and very quiet, yet convenient location close to beaches, downtown Venice and Sarasota. Great fenced in yard if traveling with pets. Friendly and walkable neighborhood. Tom is a great host, very responsive and accommodating. Looking forward to visiting again.

Great stay

Well maintained, clean house convenient to town and beaches. Layout and fenced yard worked out well. Located in a walkable, quiet neighborhood. I live in a rural area and slept better here. No major issues, but host was very responsive & helpful. Hope to visit again soon.

Rental During Home Renovations

My boyfriend and I stayed at Tom's while out condo was being painted, cleaned, and getting ready to hit the market. The house was spotless upon arrival and exactly what we expected from the pictures. We are locals, but would recommend this property to anyone wanting to be near the beach (only about 2 miles always), without paying to stay right on the island. Quite neighborhood, centrally located to restaurants and all around a great choice for a short term rental!
