Newly renovated home with enormous backyard, large new patio, and a newly constructed deck for morning coffee and tea. You will find all of the amenities of home and more! Centrally located to many local beaches, all within a 6 minute drive. Trails to walk and bike paths abound as Harbor Shores golf course is one block away. A fantastic brewery and sister restaurant with an amazing burger are within walking distance too. Please let us know how we can make your stay amazing. Be our guests!

Fun Family Getaway!

This home is clean, comfortable and full of fun activities for the whole family to enjoy. Love that the kitchen is well equipped and that there is both outdoor grilling and a firepit.

Mini Vacation getaway!!

We had a wonderful extended weekend getaway!! The house was exactly what we needed and more! We had fun playing ping pong and the video games when we werent at the beaches! It was less than 10 minutes to 4 different beaches!! We would definitly stay again!

Girls trip

The house was great for a trip with friends! Lots of space and clean. House was perfect! Twin beds weren't the most comfortable to lay on but the Queen beds were good! We were a little surprised for the vibes of the surrounding neighborhood. Quick drive to lots of great restaurants, wineries and shopping!

Wine weekend

Stayed over an extended weekend to visit the wineries. Short distance to St.Joe was perfect for going to the farmers market on Saturday. House was clean and had everything you could need. With 4 women we could have used another bathroom but it at least had two sinks. Great outdoor space. We ate our dinner outside and it was great. Hosts were very responsive. Great place if you had kids with all the activites from ping pong to the video games.

Great house - not the best location

We loved the “Be our Guests” home. It was well laid out with wonderful amenities. Angela and Crispin were very communicative and friendly. Our biggest concern with the home was its location. Yes, it’s close to the downtown area and beaches, however, the actual neighborhood didn’t seem safe. There were cars lingering in the neighborhood, drag racing late at night and a home nearby was playing loud music until 4 in the morning every night we were there. We were planning to stay 4 nights but ended up leaving a day early as the neighborhood was concerning to us.
