Brand new apartments in a building that underwent a modernization process in 2023. (Except for the yard and front of the building, everything was renovated, modern and new)

All the apartments have a new interior design, all the furniture and electrical products are brand new, bathrooms, kitchens are equipped with all the necessary equipment, the apartments are especially suitable for employees with separate bedrooms.
They are also suitable for vacations and families.
There is free Wi-Fi and a washing machine.
There is free street parking that you can easily find.

Eigentlich moderne Wohnung aber,

Verdreckt und Baustelle. Der Eingangsbereich des Hauses ist voller Bauschutt, Scherben und Müll. Das Treppenhaus ist auch Baustelle, so das man nicht sauber in die Wohnung kommen kann. Im Bad gibt es abweichend zur Beschreibung keinen Fön. Handtuchhalter oder Klopapierhalter gab es auch nicht. Der Boden ist verdreckt mit Fliesenkleber und Farbe. In der Küche ist der Backofen aufgrund der Verschmutzung nicht benutzbar (dicke alte Fettschicht). Wir haben für 5 Personen gebucht und haben zwei Gläser und vier Stühle zur Verfügung. Der Türgriff der Badtür war nicht angeschraubt und muste erst von uns angeschraubt werden. Bei den Bodenleisten stehen die Schrauben auf. Diese Mängel habe ich dem Vermieter unverzüglich mitgeteilt und es kam keinerlei Reaktion darauf, was gar nicht geht!
