Stunning newly built 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house directly on canal with a 4 minute walk to beach. This house is beautifully decorated with bright and coastal accents, water views from every window. The possibilities are endless with easy access to the ICWW, the beach, fishing, kayaking, playing games on the lawn, swinging in a hammock, or sitting on the porch watching the sunset.
House has a fully stocked kitchen with ice maker in freezer, full pantry for all of your food. Washer/dryer on first floor with dry sink and extra storage. First floor master bedroom with attached Master bathroom with large tile rain shower.
Upstairs large "bunk room" with queen sleeper sofa and bunk beds. Queen bedroom upstairs with views of the whole island and ICWW.
2 bunk bed rooms with twin over full size beds.
Outdoors has luxurious "turf grass" - so no thorns or scratches to worry about. Lots of room to have kids run around or fish off the dock.
The house is close to the south end of the island so access to the ocean is just minutes away or simply take your boat to one of the nearby islands!
