I appreciated the contact made by our hosts before our arrival. This home was perfect and we enjoyed the multi levels for our large family. We liked the beach access location and canal views! Thanks for a week of Topsail memories.

The house was excellent! The kitchen on the 3rd floor is amazing, and being on the canal proved to be the best part of our booking. Sunday to Sunday was great, and early check in was much appreciated. The kids fished and swam every day. No complaints, would highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful house in a beautiful place! Our large family enjoyed the fun of the canal and ICW and proximity to the beach. All the games, kayaks, paddleboard, float mat, etc, were a good time for all ages. And, the elevator was appreciated by older family members and all us with heavy suitcases! There were so many little touches and extras that made our stay so enjoyable. Our host was excellent-- very responsive and welcoming. Great experience!

Beautiful property! Ted was an amazing host. He answered my text and calls promptly prior to our visit. We were traveling with our 12 yr old medically complex grandson. Ted helped to make sure we had everything we needed to accommodate our grandson for our trip. He even helped to make sure we had a beach wheelchair for him, We are looking forward to returning next year! Highly recommend

What an amazing home and location! Our large family of 10 adults and 6 kids felt right at home- perfect bedroom set up, abundant and thoughtful amenities, lovely reno work and decor. Favorites included fishing off of the dock, porch lounging, and daily morning walks from the sound side to the beach. The kitchen /dining set up was a little bit tight for space but had everything we could possibly need. Hopefully this will be our new “beach home away from home”, we are already planning for a return stay next year. The hosts were top notch- highly communicative, accommodating and kind. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home with our family!
