This place was amazing, location was superb and had everything we needed. We had a 10 month old and all the amenities provided made our stay so much smoother. All the little extras provided that we didn’t know about from having kids toys, kids cutlery etc. Would definitely stay here again and the host was alway available to get in contact with if we needed anything.

Rented this property to enjoy Christmas week with our 4 grown children and 3 grandchildren who live in Minneapolis. Had a great week. Property is as pictured and the open floor plan made it is to enjoy a family meal and gift exchange. We appreciated the Christmas decor

Loved our stay ! House is decorated beautifully, is very comfortable and perfect for the 5 of us. The kitchen has everything you would need. We loved the little extras - snacks , shampoo, conditioner and fans if needed. The patio , grill and fire pit are great ! We will definitely be back !

Well appointed, clean and comfortable home!

My family of 4 had a great experience staying here while in town for a regatta. It was a perfect location for us, got good sandwiches at The Great Harvest Bread Co, sushi at Kai's, acai bowls at Nautical and malts at Snuffy's. Also close enough to Wayzata and all the restaurants there. The house was beautifully updated and decorated. Very much appreciated the extra toothbrushes as my son forgot his, of course! This house may be the best appointed VRBO I've ever stayed in. Laura was very pleasant and communicative and we had no issues at all during our stay. Only comment is that the toaster may be on it's way out---was hard to get to work sometimes but that's a very minor thing. If we were to go back to this area I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home

The home was as promised - beautiful decor, comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. The little extras made it special. The use of the double garage, two garage door openers, abundant supplies for kitchen. What we appreciated most was the quick response we received from our host Laura. Would love to come back for another visit.

This was the most adorable and comfortable VRBO and the location is incredible! Loved the quiet neighborhood. So many details to make this VRBO so relaxing and enjoyable. We had our family Christmas and loved the tree being up! We all said this helped us celebrate Christmas and needed the rest that it provided our family after dealing with some trauma the last 2 years. Thanks for your hospitality!

Modern Minnetonka Stay

Laura’s place was beautiful! It was so modern and stylish yet calm and relaxing. Had everything we could of asked for and more! Laura was really great about contacting and staying in touch with us. Everything in the house was easily accessible/available and there were many places just car rides away that made the stay even more appealing. Being able to use the garage was HUGE especially with a big thunderstorm that rolled through. The living room and indoor/outdoor sitting areas were perfect. If fit our group very nicely and will 100 percent be booking again if/when we head back up to the cities! Thanks Laura!
