The space
The Kawaii Disney Villa comfortably sleeps 12 guests, with spacious 2 master bedrooms featuring a king-sized beds and flat screen TVs. There are 3 additional bedrooms: a Disney TSUM TSUM room with two twin-sized beds, a pink room with triple bunk beds (queen, full, twin), and a Totoro room for Studio Ghibli fans complete with a unique bunk bed (full, twin) . Each room has plenty of storage space. There is also a futon in the loft that can sleep an additional person.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy living room, complete with a huge comfortable sofa and a large flatscreen TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you'll need to cook up a storm, and the adjacent dining area seats 8 people comfortably. There is also 4 additional barstools in the kitchen as well as seating for 6 in the patio.

For the gamers in your group, you'll love the street fighter arcade game, located in the cozy garage game room. The arcade also has 14 additional games built in. And if that's not enough nostalgia, there's also a Nintendo (1 controller) and a Super Nintendo (2 controllers) for your entertainment in the loft area.

Step outside and you'll find your own private paradise, with a sparkling pool and relaxing jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding after a long day at the parks (pool towels are provided). The pool is fenced for your safety and peace of mind.

We offer complimentary WIFI internet access and free parking for our guests. Additional amenities can be found at our clubhouse, complete with a fitness center, basketball court, lazy river, pool, and so much more!

***Please Note: There are 3 Private Owners closets that the guest will NOT have access to. These closets are locked and can be found 1 downstairs and 2 upstairs. These closets are for housekeeping/maintenance purposes only.***

RENTAL POLICIES

- No smoking (min $250 fine)
- No pets allowed (min $250 fine)
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Primary renter MUST be at least 25 years old to book, must be staying at the rental property with other guests, and is responsible for all guests and visitors
- Submission of Photo ID or Passport may be required (simply upload into Guest Experience portal)
- Signed Rental Agreement/deposit required for each booking (sent by email and text to be signed electronically by primary renter)

Pool Heat is not included in the reservation. The cost is $50.00 per night with 3 days advanced notice prior to check in. $50 additional fee for pool heater requests made after check in. Please let us know if you would like to add this amenity to your reservation.
