Storey Lake Escape was/is everything thing you need for a family vacation. Space, quality and location you name this vacation home has it. I wanted peace and relaxation and the rest of my party wanted the buzz from the on location water park. The water park was free, the kids couldn’t get enough of it and I lounged in pool. Everything is close by. You can’t go wrong with this one, make the choice to getaway here when going to Orlando !!!!

Great location!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our trip! The location of the house was perfect for traveling with 2 infants and a toddler. The private pool was ideal. We chose to heat the pool and it was perfect for the little ones.

Wonderful Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and big enough for 4 adults and 4 teens. The kids enjoyed having the pool as well as their own living room. We got to spend one day at the community pool and lazy rover which was nice. Will definitely stay again!

Fun Family Vacation

Wonderful house in an excellent location! Close to Disney, shopping, restaurants & other activities. House was very nice - loved that everyone in our family had their own room and bathroom! Made for a great time! We didn’t have time for the community pool but it looked awesome! Property management was very helpful and communicated well.

We had an amazing stay! The team was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The location couldn’t have been better—right next to the clubhouse, so we could easily walk over each day, and only about a 25-minute drive to the Disney parks. The house was spotless when we arrived and even included a handy starter pack of cleaning supplies, which saved us from having to buy everything. The home itself was much more spacious than it looks in the photos—plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. We made family memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you, Frank, Winnie, and Candice, for such a wonderful experience!

Great vacation home!

This house is exactly as described. It's beautiful. We had 6 people and could have comfortable slept more. The kitchen was well-equipped. The ping-pong in the garage was great for our 1 rainy day. The beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The pool was so great to have because the weather was HOT! We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location for spending time at Disney

Had a lovely stay in this very nice house. We had the pool heated which worked well for us, particularly as the sun doesn’t cover much of the back patio and pool. Perfect location enabling you to get to and from all things Disney in around 15 a 20 minutes. The house is spacious and well designed but getting a little tired. Having said all that we had a fantastic time and would definitely go back

Storey Lake stay

Great location next to clubhouse! Heated pool was outstanding! Plenty of room for kids/grandkids. We really enjoyed our stay. Just to note the house does not have or provide many accessories such as pool towels or cooking/cleaning supplies. We bought and left extra pans and broom, and needed to buy spices/garbage bags/toilet paper/etc. all in all a great place!

Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay at the house, especially the heated pool and the location next to the clubhouse. Regarding cleaning supplies and pool towels, We would like to take this opportunity to remind you and advise future guests to take the time out to carefully peruse our listings, as we provide a detailed list of the starter/basic amenities we provide for our guests and this can help to avoid confusion. Large home convenient to Orlando sites

This house is a great choice for a large family gathering. Plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen had the basics and the garage game tables were a good addition. The downstairs does show some wear and tear and the pool could use some more chairs but it was a great option for our large family. Plenty of shopping close by and the neighborhood clubhouse and pool are right next to the house. Also, the neighborhood sets off fireworks behind the house on the 4th of July so that is a bonus if you are there over the 4th.

Girls Getaway

The best part of the trip was the consistent communication with the property manager. They were attentive and ensured all of our needs were met. Please be mindful of the online listing and home amenities. Bring pool towels, hand soap, extra toilet paper and paper towels. We also purchased additional trash bags and seasonings for meals. Despite not having these items, the home/stay was exactly what we needed -- quiet, restful, weekend with friends!

Beautiful House

The property was wonderful. Lots and lots of room for everyone. We had nine family members all staying and there was plenty of room for everyone. The only problem we encountered was the last night of our stay someone broke into the back screened in area and was in the pool. Every one was in bed and assumed it was one of the other people in our family until we got up the next day and found out everyone else assumed the same thing. We discovered someone had bypassed the screen lock to open the door to the pool area.

Great for a large group

We had a great stay for 10 adults. The house was huge and had plenty of room for our 4 couples and 2 individuals. Only a few things I think could be improved, since it's clearly only used as a rental property, there weren't any of the normal starters that I would have expected in the kitchen, no spices, no salt and pepper or oil, no sugar or coffee filters. We were able to make due, but some of those basics would have been nice for starters. Also could use a few overview items added to the emails or signs on the property about gate information, trash, best grocery stores etc. Overall, it was a great stay and we would totally recommend it.

Thank you for the review, we appreciate your feedback, Maggie. As our check-in standard, we only provide an initial starter supply, thus we advise guests to purchase their own if they need more during their stay. We are sending this information to the guest via email prior to their arrival. We’ll share your insights to the team to see how we can improve our services for future stays! Thank you again for staying with us! We hope we can host you and your group again soon!

Beyond our expectations!

With all the houses that we could have rented for our family, we can't imagine a better one. Our family of 8 found the home spacious, clean with everything we needed to have a great time. We enjoyed the pool and spa at the house and loved the location right next to the Storey Lake Clubhouse and pools. The kitchen is huge with more cabinets and drawers than we could use, along with a large pantry. There were lots of closets and dressers so we could unpack and feel at home. The large upstairs family room was great when they kids wanted to do something on their own. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice, roomy home in the Orlando area. We also appreciated great communication with the owner.

Fantastic Location !!

Amazing property with an even better location. If you plan on spending time on the resort like we did ….This is the house !! Only issue we had was the pool heater didn’t work for the last two days of our stay. Not sure why. I sent a message and was told the heater shuts off at night. Which we were aware of. This wasn’t working at all. Even during the day. Again … Not a huge deal. The kids just walked next door to the resort. I absolutely would stay here again and hope to !!

Disney

House is very spacious. Super easy trip to Disney and Cocoa Beach. There were a few issues, the pool screen was ripped down in one section and obviously had been duct taped previously, aside from the eyesore it was very buggy by the house pool because of the issue. The white living room couch was pretty beat up. We were told by management company they were ordering materials but that didn’t help us! WiFi service is spotty.
