Family wedding wkend stay

We were in Tulsa for my niece’s wedding! The house was perfect for us and our adult children. It just so happens that the location was close to our events and was also close to yummy restaurants! Would definitely stay here again!!

College Graduation

We were in town to celebrate my son's graduation from college. We had extended family staying with us, and the Magnolia House handled us well. We hosted a small luncheon and later enjoyed the hot tub. Great location (for us near UTulsa) with plenty of parking.

We loved our stay! The property was very clean and well organized. The neighborhood felt safe and was close to food and activities. It was the perfect location to visit our son at TU. It was convenient for him to come by between and after classes to hang out with the family.

Fantastic House!

An excellent house to stay in when in Tulsa. Decorated nicely with all the important amenities. Fully stocked kitchen. Coffee maker was great. Hot tub clean and easy to use. Nice back yard for frisbee. The hosts communicated very well. All in all a wonderful experience. Thank you so much Jennifer!

Magnolia House

The house was perfect for our stay. It was clean and comfortable, and Jen and Matt had so many little, nice touches that made everything perfect! Jen quickly responded to any messages we sent her. The yard was large and fenced, so our dogs were safe.We would definitely stay here again, if our travels take us to Tulsa!

Girlfriends weekend!

Perfect Spot

We absolutely loved staying at this house! We were in town for an event at the Expo Center across the street and it was a perfect location. Super clean, great amenities, and the host was incredibly helpful. We travel to Tulsa from OKC fairly often and will definitely stay here again!

My friends and I love the location and the cleanliness of the property. The host gives you literally everything you might need. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the beautiful backyard.

Wonderful place to stay!!

Jen made the entire stay seamless from check in to check out. The home was very clean, had everything you could possibly need, and was in a very safe area - we even saw neighborhood security driving at night which made us feel even more safe. We had plenty of room for a group of 5. We were able to comfortably park 3 vehicles in the driveway. Jen also made an exception for my Pyrenees to stay with us - he loved the back yard! The welcome book was full of great suggestions - velvet taco is a must if you’re staying here. Being centrally located, we were able to get everywhere we needed with ease. We cooked dinner one night, despite setting off the smoke alarm (I am not Gordon Ramsey) the property provided all cookwares and even spices! We loved this property so much that our group is wanting to go back later this year!! Big thank you to Jen and her family for allowing us to stay!!

We love the Midtown Tulsa area because of its beautiful established trees and homes as well as all the many things to do and unique places to eat. Plus this house is practically located AT the Tulsa Expo!

What makes this property unique

This house is old but you'd never know it from the inside because it has been completely renovated from top to bottom. The hot tub out on the beautiful big deck makes our property extra special.
