If you are attending an event at the Tulsa Expo Center & Tulsa Fairgrounds, what could be better than staying right across the street? You can see Tulsa’s iconic Golden Driller from our front yard! Walk out our front door and down the sidewalk directly into the VIP parking lot of the Expo building. The house is conveniently located near Paradise Beach Water Park, BOK Center downtown, midtown attractions, Tulsa University, the Gathering Place, and only 2 miles from Old Route 66.

Enjoy the many amenities including a washer and dryer, 3 bedrooms with queen beds, 3 full bathrooms with granite and quartz accents, kitchen with granite counter tops and all the appliances you will need, including a built in TV and wine glass rack. The open floor plan has wood and stained concrete floors, 5 Smart TVs with Cable TV, WIFI, and High-speed Internet. Our large concrete patio is a cozy area to cookout, entertain, and enjoy the evenings, or your morning coffee.

I stayed here with two of my friends for an event at the Tulsa Expo Center. The house is amazing - the attention to detail showed in every aspect from cleanliness to craftsmanship to the pots and pans in the kitchen. Highly recommend and will be back if we are ever in the area again.

Our stay here was awesome. Everything in the house is new, and it is very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped, beds are comfy, and there is plenty of space to hang out and enjoy! It is conveniently located, and just a hop, skip, and a jump from The Expo Mart. Highly recommend AND we will book again for sure!!
