Great location surroundings a little unkept but tis the spring cleanup season. Excellent accommodation and located near town shopping but quiet neighborhood
Nice comfortable property which is walkable via a pedestrian foot bridge to downtown Brunswick. First impression from the outside does not do it justice. Once you open the door it is an attractive single large open space with a seating dining area, kitchenette and comfy bed. We really liked it.
It was in a great location for us to start out on our Maple Sunday weekend in Maine in close proximity to farms. Stayed just one night to start our weekend. Nicely appointed. Pictures are accurate. Easy communication with owner.
This is our second time staying at this beautiful, open layout apartment! It is spacious, clean and comfortable! The location is excellent for visiting family. It is close to grocery stores and restaurants. We appreciate that the property allows pets.
My wife and I needed a clean and comfortable place to stay for several nights and didn’t want to stay at a hotel. This location worked perfectly for us, was extremely clean and comfortable! Hosts were quick to respond and our stay was uneventful 😀. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.
Across the bridge from Brunswick. There is a train depot in Brunswick and lots of shopping. Bowdoin College is in Brunswick. Many things to do and explore in this area. Places to eat and shop galore. Perfect location.
Location is close to everything from shopping, to restaurants and so much more. Owners are so friendly and accommodating.
Pet friendly with a nice yard and sidewalks for walking. The room
Is cozy and offers everything needed for a short or long stay. We've enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this studio apartment with plenty of parking.
Location is the best. Close to restaurants, shopping, highway north and south. LL Bean's is only 12 miles away. Freeport is a great shopping area. Not far from the coastline. Brunswick is just over the bridge. There is a train going to Portland and Boston daily. Perfect location.
Clean and comfortable studio that is located close to restaurants and shopping in Topsham, Brunswick and Freeport. Has a large closet and kitchen. Property manager was responsive to our questions and request to bring our pets on vacation. We plan to return the next time we visit Maine!
We recently stayed at this property in Topsham, Maine, and overall, we enjoyed our stay. The host was very kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in a few minutes early on short notice, which we greatly appreciated.
However, we were a bit disappointed by the outward appearance of the property. It wasn’t very visually appealing, which we couldn’t tell from winter photos listed. Additionally, one of the major reasons we booked this location was because the listing stated that there was a hot tub. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we discovered there wasn’t one, which was an error on VRBO’s end. This was a significant letdown, and resolving the issue with VRBO customer service took up about three hours of our vacation, which was quite frustrating.
That said, the interior of the apartment was nicely decorated and pretty clean. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept great each night. The neighborhood was quiet, which made for peaceful walks, although it’s worth noting that there isn’t much to do in the immediate area, and it’s about a 30-minute drive to Portland. We really didn’t spend much time on the property, as we were out exploring the area.
Despite the few drawbacks, we had a good stay and appreciated the host's hospitality.
