Cozy Corner is a spacious 2/2 home located near downtown Port St. Joe , two blocks from The Marina/beautiful Port Saint Joe Bay and Pickle Ball Courts. All local shoppings and restaurants are in walking/biking distance. Bikes are provided for your use during your stay. The port Saint Joe walking/biking trail is right down the street. Beaches are only minutes away in either direction. You can drive to Winmark beach in 5 minutes or Cape San Blas or Mexico Beach in 15 minutes. Pet friendly
The space
Spacious living room, Full Kitchen, Reading room, Two bathroom, one bathroom located between two bedroom, other bathroom located off from laundry room. Large patio with enclosed back yard for your pets. The parking pad for extra cars and boats has been extended, you can now park your boat without having to unhitch. The kitchen is fully stocked including but not limited pots/pans, cooking utensils, small appliances, silverware, glassware, crock pot, etc. We also strive to start all our guest off with toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent and garbage bags. There are many local attractions for you to enjoy while staying in Port Saint Joe. Horseback riding on the beaches at Cape San blas, Scalloping in the bay or parasailing in Mexico beach.. All linen provided. Fenced in back yard for your pets. Children Welcome.

Perfect getaway

Cozy Corner was very clean,comfortable and well stocked for any cooking or baking. The ‘seashore’ decor is lovely. The walking/bike trail is a short distance adjacent to the property. The location of the house is an easy walk to downtown and throughout. The backyard was nice to sit out to enjoy coffee or a cocktail— very private. Communication with Mary was always prompt. We totally enjoyed our time in Cozy Corner and Port. St. Joe. It’s a very friendly town.

Cozy Corner Truly Is Cozy

We loved our stay at Cozy Corner. Mary and James were fabulous to communicate with. Their home was clean and as portrayed on the website. We truly enjoyed our stay as well as the comfortable and homey atmosphere it provided us. Thank you Mary and James for sharing your lovely home!

Convenient location

Everything was as described. Convenient location with easy access to major roads, restaurants, coast. The only negative was that the water on the outside near where we parked the boat was discolored so I was not able to adequately clean the boat after we went out fishing. The inside water was very clean. I assume the outside faucet was on a different source and is not used enough.
