PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS: This modern and spacious home is just 5 blocks from Main Street Breckenridge and 1 mile to the Breckenridge Gondola for skiing at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Gorgeous mountain VIEWS, private hot tub, heated garage, two living areas (kids can have their own space) and exceptional customer service with a local host. Highland Haven offers rare modern design in the historic district and sits on the eastern edge of downtown on a quiet street with no thru traffic. Be close to the Breckenridge action but away from the crowds when it's time for peace and relaxation. Pet friendly for one well-behaved doggie. This home is sparkling clean and fresh for guests with or without a dog.
ENTERTAINMENT: TVs with Samsung Plus and streaming apps in living room and second living area. All bedrooms have TVs for streaming with the exception of the bunk room. High-speed, reliable internet throughout.
THE TINY COMPANY DIFFERENCE: Breck Mountain Rentals is a very small company offering big customer service, locally-owned and operated here in Breckenridge, CO. Your calls/texts are answered immediately 9am-9pm and 24 hours for emergencies. Our inventory is limited to a select number of properties only in the Breckenridge core so that we are able to provide meticulous attention to detail, for happy homes and happy guests. All Breck Mountain Rental properties are meticulously maintained and well stocked with full-sized and/or ample guest supplies, an informative welcome binder and a gift bag.
LOCATION: Less than a half mile to downtown Breckenridge shops and dining, 0.9 miles to the Breckenridge Gondola for skiing at Peaks 6-8, 0.8 mile to Peak 9. *Two blocks to free sledding hill at Carter Park.
ACCESS: ALL Breckenridge visitors need 4WD/AWD for safe transportation to and around town. Guests can walk less than half a mile to shopping/dining on Main Street. A Breck Free Ride shuttle stop is just 2-1/2 blocks away for transportation or connections to anywhere in Summit County. As our guests, we are happy to help you with the details of getting around Breckenridge and where to park.

Main Level: • Kitchen, living and dining rooms. • King suite with attached full bath. This bathroom also opens into hallway near kitchen and living and at top of stairs from lower level. • Hot tub patio and laundry room.
Upper Level: • Primary/Master Suite with attached bath. • Queen bedroom • Two twin bunk beds room. • Bathroom with two vanities and shower.

PET POLICY: Well-behaved, well-mannered doggies only! We have a Leave-No-Trace policy- no scratch/chew marks, no excessive hair, no yard waste. $185/dog. Dogs must be leashed outdoors at all times per town ordinance. Dogs must be minimum of 1 year old, one 40 pound or less dog, or two small less than 20 pound dogs. A photo of your pet, brief description of how/where they sleep/spend time alone and signed pet policy are required.

Beautiful home. We loved it. One of the best in Breck. Management team was great. Location was fantastic. Perfect for hiking. Easy access to skiing shuttle and downtown. Loved it and hope to make it back next year!!
Great time with 3 generations for a long weekend. Fabulous layout with nice sized rooms, lots of bathrooms, and wonderful (big) living room for all to gather. Good fair weather walkability straight downhill into town.
We stayed here for a week in late May with family from across the country. The house was spacious and the views of the mountains from the living room and deck are world class! The house is easily within walking distance of the amazing downtown Breck with tons of food and shopping options. Would stay here again 10/10!
The property is well maintained and very comfortable - we loved being able to walk to town, about 7 min, and we loved easy short drive to parking for skiing - super easy. Thank you!

We spent a week and brought our pups with us. The house was great — it had everything we could have needed/wanted and so much more! The rooms are so comfortable and well furnished, the kitchen is amazing, the hot tub was a great bonus! Also, the house is easily walkable to the downtown area with its restaurants and shops. We loved it!

The place had perfect privacy for separate families yet great together living space. Close to Main Street and easy drive to skiing. Mud room was huge to accommodate snow gear before entering the house. Great views and fully stocked kitchen. Quick communication with rental company.
The house is warm and welcoming! Perfectly located. We walked downtown everyday with a 2 and 4 year old, that's how close it is to downtown. The kitchen is well equipped, the living room is cozy with large windows and gorgeous views. The play room downstairs is perfect for kids. Our grandkids loved it! I would highly recommend staying here!
The house provided ample room for 3 families spanning three generations. Garage level rec room was a great extra! Drive time to the gondola and restaurants in town was a couple of minutes— excellent.
Family and friends visited Breck for Octoberfest and we couldn't have had a better experience. The property manager was helpful and accommodating. There was more than enough space for our group of 10. Kitchen / Living room area was a great spot for us to spend time together. Thank you!

The house is wonderful, spacious, great location and a nice place to be for an extended period. The property manager is very communicative and easy to deal with. Overall it was a great stay.
I do think it's worth mentioning the rules are pretty strict at the house. There are noise detectors placed within the home to monitor sound after 10PM and external cameras on the outside of the house. Our group didn't have any issues but felt it was bit intrusive and wished those devices being onsite had been communicated upfront.
Overall very nice stay and would recommend to other groups.

It's true that the Town of Breckenridge has a strict noise ordinance that we must obey in order to keep this home available to future guests. The noise detectors and one exterior camera are in fact disclosed in the House Rules section of the listing and the rental agreement that all guests sign. We all enjoyed our stay for the Thanksgiving holiday. The home was clean, well appointed and large enough to handle an extended family. We were walking distance to restaurants and shopping.We had one problem during our stay. We made one phone call and the problem was solved within the hour. We would definitely rent this property again.

Fantastic stay at Highland Haven!
The house was extremely well appointed and in a perfect location for our three family group of 12. Close to downtown Breckenridge but tucked back on a quiet street, it was the best of both worlds. The mix of communal space and private rooms is perfect for a large group. The check-in / check-out process was easy and all information was provided in advance. Would absolutely recommend Highland Haven and Luxe Living Vacation Rentals!
This is a very nice property for a long weekend with family/friends. Great location!

This home is perfect for a large group accommodations. It has 5 bedrooms with one a bunk room to sleep 4. Plus a bunk bed is at one end of large game room down stairs. We hardly saw the kids as they took over the downstairs area. You're only a short walk to downtown. It's large but cozy and comfortable. Has all the amenities you could want. Good showers with instant hot water. Well stocked kitchen with outside barbecue grill and hot tub.
WONDERFUL PLACE! Can't go wrong with this choice!
This house was a perfect location for our group of friends. It's easily walkable to the downtown and has the added bonus of being up on a hill with incredible views overlooking the surrounding peaks. The house was well appointed and was big enough for a larger group which didn't feel confined. I highly recommend this spot for a group or friends or a family gathering.

Wonderful vacation!
We were three families (6 adults with 6 children between the ages of 4 and 10) and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Highland Haven! The kitchen was well stocked for us upon arrival, and the rest of the house was very comfortable with plenty of bedrooms and privacy for our group. The location was superb -- easy access to Peak 9 and the gondola every day. Communication with Luxe Living (Wendy) was easy whenever we had questions about the house or the area. We all had a great stay and are already looking forward to our next visit to Breck!
What a gem this house was to find! Every amenity you could ask for in a well-stocked, clean, comfortable house with gorgeous views, a hot tub, and beds to spare. Made our trip with 2 grandmas, 2 couples, and 6 kiddos a dream vacation.
Everything was as described ,very well equipped and perfect in every way. Will definitely use Lux home listings in the future
