This studio was the perfect stay for my 4 days in Wolf creek while fishing the Missouri. Very clean, comfortable bed, great deck, and great location. The shower was amazing and I loved the added touch with the Bluetooth speaker by the bed. Will definitely stay here again when I’m back in the area!
We had a fantastic stay at the prickly pear upstairs studio! The place was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything you needed - from a fully equipped kitchen to plenty of coffee for our mornings. The host had excellent communication from start to finish making check-in and our entire stay super easy. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into making guests feel comfortable and welcome here. We absolutely would stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for a clean, cozy and well equipped space.
Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
This was our 3rd stay at this location. It's small but works perfectly for our needs. We're working on our place at Holter and this allows our drive time at 16 minutes. John and Yvonne from KC, Kansas.
The space was amazing! My husband is a contractor and we were very impressed with the workmanship. Loved the balcony also- had Pizza and beer there one night. You thought of everything we would need- if we needed it, it was there.
This property is exactly what acclaim to be. The location, convenience, everything was superb for our three days of flyfishing on the Missouri river. Just know that it is one room and cozy but clean and has all of the convenient amenities you would need. The oasis bar two doors down isn’t bad either For a refreshment…
Nice and clean but we have only one suggestion and that is to put a chair inside so you don't have to rely on the bed or the table outside to sit although we do realize there are isn't much room for one. My husband has a bad back and cannot sit on the bed when it became cold at night.
Clean, new and small. Kinda smelled like vinyl plank flooring, but once I aired it out it was fine.
I wish that the listing had more details about amenities and property, especially the stairs as they are very steep. No BBQ, markets no where to be found except the gas station across the street. Luckily I brought some food with me. The listing didn’t list what the kitchen was equipped with, but I saw some items in the photos so I knew it had the basics. The appliances were all nice and new. Bed comfortable, microfiber sheets. I suggest a place to hang fishing gear since I’m assuming, most folks go to this area to fish the MO. They ask you remove your shoes before entering, a place to put boots or sandals would be nice (think Tray for these) and a place to hang waders and fishing jackets downstairs.
Overall, it would have received 5 stars if the listing were more detailed. Would I go back?, yes.
Lovely small bedroom apt with Kitchen and 2nd floor deck. Parking for my driftboat was a plus. Justin was very communicative. Eating on the deck was a treat.
