Great house with a very considerate host
This property was beautiful, in a nice neighborhood that wasn’t too far from sites, and included so many added perks. Our extended family of 11 shared this house on a recent trip and included young children through older adults. Kathy was a very responsive host and communicator.
The house itself is huge. There is a private bathroom for each of the 6 bedrooms as well as two others in the public areas. The eating areas are large enough to fit a huge group. There is a basement area that has a home gym, a washer and dryer, and a large area that kids can use as a play space. The pool is a good size and there are floaties and lounge chairs.
Kathy went above and beyond providing all of the little amenities that we could want or need. She had fruit, cakes, waters, and sodas waiting for us when we arrived. She also provided a variety of cooking products, toys for the kids, beach towels, coolers, local information brochures, a play yard for the youngest guest, and toothbrushes in case you forgot yours.
The house is located in a daily quiet neighborhood and has a security gate. While the bus stop is walkable, many other places aren’t easily accessible on foot so a car would be recommended.
We had a great stay and would all strongly recommend this house to any large family or group visiting New Providence.
