About this property
Beautiful home in Penfield, NY
This is my home that I live in with my two small dogs but I am often out of town or staying at my fiancés house. It is a beautiful, clean and well kept house. Gas fire place, fully stocked kitchen and all bathrooms are updated. Lovely deck and pretty backyard with lots of trees, a fire pit and gas grill. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, a double futon in the office and two twin beds. The office currently does not have a door. In a beautiful and quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants and stores et. I do not have central air. The master bedroom and one of the single bedrooms have window air conditioning units. All rooms have ceiling fans.
